They fired a hard working employee because he was accused of saying something to the customer, and they fired him over it. They let a hard working worker go but the way i see it is that's their loss.If i could give a negative amount of stars about this place i would, not even to mention they would train female employees before they would him even though he had been there longer than the females were, very disappointed with this restaurant.
Pizza Hut used to be my favorite place to order pizza here in town, but now every time I order there’s an issue. We ordered tonight & our pizza was estimated to be delivered within 30 minutes, after waiting OVER AN HOUR & being patient (we understand places get busy), we made a call to the store to which we were told that they canceled our order due to “technical issues” & closed the store down early. Would’ve been nice to receive a phone call or text, maybe even a notification in the app, but no. The time before that, our pizza was burnt & cold. The time before that, I ordered boneless Buffalo wings & literally got plain pieces of chicken that looked like popcorn chicken, no sauce or anything. Not only me, but also other family members who have been loyal customers for years, have been having an issue every time they order recently. Tonight was my last straw I believe, I will not be ordering from this location from here on out.
If I could give it a negative, I would. Worse pizza I have ever had. They were burnt or over cooked and dried out. And my double order of breadsticks looked and tasted like biscuits with the seasoning sprinkled on top before we got it, so it was all falling off. My kids said the gas station pizza was better then that. My dogs got an expensive dinner tonight
Got my food breadsticks were cold my cinnamon sticks were cold and my pizza with just about cold and my cinnamon sticks were supposed to be cut into sticks it was just one giant piece I order food to be ready to eat when it gets here but I have to warm it up and cut everything up in order to eat it
App stated that the estimated arrival for the pizza was supposed to be 40 minutes prior to when we actually received it. Then maybe if it showed up on time it would not have been cold
Pizza was hot and delivered quickly. Toppings and crust were exactly as ordered.
My order was correct and arrived in a timely manner. Driver called and let us know our pizza was out front.
We have been sitting in the drive thru line, in the same spot, for more than 15 min. If the order isn't ready have the vehicle move aside so the rest of us can pick up our order. Another idea would be to let customers walk in the get our pizza.Hopefully our order will be correct this time or at least still warm. Doubt it.
This has to be the sorriest looking pizza I've ever gotten from here. And does it cost extra to have the breadsticks cut into sticks instead of receiving a loaf? Won't be returning to this location
Ordered a large pizza Saturday. Takeout. $24 and change. Was about the size of a medium. Didn't have all the toppings I ordered. Was super crispy. Very dissatisfied.
