The lady was amazing at the register because I had my lit granddaughter and hand full and she ask me if she could help me too car. She was awesome. It's exactly what I needed. At that point I had been driving to find ur store. God bless this sweet lady. Oh yeah not too mention the large stuffed curst pizza was amazing and pizza cookie. God is great.
Drive up service is ignored. Had to go in and get the food. Bread sticks burnt and drowned in sopping garlic. Ridiculous. Last time. Don't waste your money. Go to Mancino's.
make a pizza thicker than the box lid. don't bake it till it's harder than the cardboard. put some sauce and toppings in it. $35.00 for 2 inedible discs.
I ordered online. My order was ready when I arrived, it was hot and fresh.
For those of you who complain about the wait time, saying the website told me it would be ready at such, and such time, or the website told me it's ready. They can't help that the while Georgetown of ky calls and places an order all at once. Maybe you should call the store, and ask what the real pick up, or delivery time is instead of going off of what a website tells you. I work for domino's, but love papa johns. We run into the same issues. When we tell people are delivery times are running 2-3 hours, or pick up is running an hour, or 2 behind they still want to place their orders wich puts us behind more because it's another order added on to what we already have on the screen. Then they still call in to complain about the wait time after placing the order. If I called a pizza place, and they told me the wait times were that long, I'd think i would pass on it. Things have been rough every since covid hit, nobody want to work so places like us, pizza hut, papa johns, and other pizza places are having it rough. So instead of crying about how everything is at these placed, how about you be a little bit more understanding. Hell if you don't like how things are ran at these places how about putting in an application see if you can do better running these joints. If you don't like the wait times go somewhere else then. smh.?
Papa John's is the worst! Not only was my pizza cold, but it wasn't even cut! They make you pay for extra sauce which is fine, but they don't give it to you! Every single time I order from them, something is wrong! I'm done, do not waste your 40 dollars! This place is the worst!
We have ordered from Papa John's numerous times, specifically Georgetown, KY and they are always prompt and the pizza is NOT GREASY. So many pizza places have greasy pizza and Papa John's has it down to a science. Their pizza's taste great, you get a garlic sauce included and their Papadia's are great too (many to choose from!). We got delivery for the 1st time and they are so prompt and courteous. We will continue to order here. Always check for specials, on their site and off too to get discounts.
I'm done trying to order here. I keep hoping for better food, but every time it's worse and worse. screw you guys for taking people's money and giving them garbage.
Tired to order food at this location and they passed me off to the manager to take my order the managers name is Ashley and she was being rude and getting smart just for her to decline taking my order and keep talking smart.
For some unknown reason the toppings were covered in cheese. So they were nasty and soggy. If I wanted Chicago style pizza I would have asked for it. But at least the dogs enjoyed it.
