We have ordered from/dined at O'Charley's in Georgetown mulitple times in the six and half years we've lived here and we have never had a negative experience as the one we had tonight. We ordered for delviery straight from their website and it took about an hour. I will say that we we were all so hungry that by the time it got to us and since none of the food was inedible, we did eat (most) of what was delivered to us. We ordered four dinners and three out of the four had multiple things wrong. My husband ordered the cedar plank salmon with broccoli and rice pilaf - the salmon was burnt on the sides and completely overcooked throughout, the rice was about only about 4 bites worth. My youngest son ordered the Western Cheesburger with a side of macaroni and cheese - the macaroni was completely dry and the burger was without BBQ sauce, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion. I ordered the Black, Bleu, and Bacon salad - there was no bacon, the asparagus that was supposed to be grilled was raw, and there was no dressing. My oldest son was the only one who had his order correct - he ordered the buttermilk fried shrimp dinner with fries and loaded potato soup, there were no issues. As I said before, nothing was inedible so we ate what was delivered but I called the store shortly after we were done. I spoke with a very polite manager (who did not give me his name, but just identified himself as "the manager on duty" - he listened to my issues and thanked me for letting him know their were issues because he said he could not fix problems he did not know about. He offered to remake anything we wanted but said he could not have anything delivered, at which point I told him we had eaten so that option would not work for us. He then said he could give us coupons or offer a partial refund (he did not indicate how much that would be) - I politely told him that we would prefer the partial refund since returning to this O'Charley's location was not at the top of our list based on this experience. He said he was happy to give us a partial refund and took some information from me. I normally do not complain about food (especially publicly) and rarely send food back, but had we been dining in the restaurant and received what we had, 75% of it would have been sent back to the kitchen. I love leaving positive reviews, even for chain restaurants and find no pleasure in giving a negative review, but I felt this experience was so disappointing that I had to be vocal.

Stopped in for a bite yesterday. Manager Jessica took unbelievable care of us. She was bartender, server manager and everything. The food was pretty good. I couldn't get enough of the tortilla soup.This is a perfect stop on the way from Cincinnati to Nashville

If I could give this place no stars I would. We walked in and waited to be seated even though there was only one other table in the entire restaurant. Sat down and noticed paint was flaking off of the ceiling the size of our table in 3 diffrent spots, the table was sticky, the menus felt gross, all of our silverware wrap was dirty, our plates also were very dirty. When my husband went to go to the bathroom, there was garbage all over the floor like napkins, straw wrappers, and even gross food and on his way back they had tins of food with wraps over the top sitting out getting cold waiting to be put away (when they didn't close for another 4 hours). When our waiter brought us back our drinks we had 2 cokes and a Mello yellow (this was the only drink we could see through) we continued to look at the menus even after my husband who's a waiter asked us if we'd like to leave or if we were still ok. I agreed to stay because we understand that some things just get missed in this Industry. As I went to go take a drink from my Mellow yellow I saw bugs in the drink. That's right BUGS. That was when we decided to leave, assuming that if our cups had bugs in them that our meals would also. As my husband searched around the restaurant to find our waiter who disappeared he decided to go tell the bar tender who informed him that he didn't work there, THEY WERE JUST LETTING HIM CHARGE AND PLAY ON HIS PHONE BEHIND THE BAR. When our waiter came to drop off our appetizer we informed her that we were leaving and left. Extremely poor management, unfortunately our family will never return to this franchise again.

The food was fair at best. The service however was absolutely pitiful. Took 35 minutes just to get our drinks (most of them water). Got several food orders wrong, forget about getting a refill, took another 25 minutes for them to process our payment. Yes, our group had 8 people in it but we were pretty much the only ones in the place. If you decide to go here just be sure you have no where else to go for a couple of hours.

Georgetown, Ky. You need help! We were told that they had been slow all day so i was thinking this was gonna be nice, clean, hot meal. WRONG! The greeter tried to sit us at 2 dirty tables we finally just sat down at the 3rd. We should have left then. The floors were food covered. Everywhere we looked all we saw were dirty food filled tables. I got cold potatoes, then my steak was cold by the time I got my potatoes back. No one used trays to carry anything. 2 out 3 toilets were broke or closed..Coming back from the bathroom I counted that tables that actually had customers at them and the total was 4 counting us. So I see no reason for the place to be in the deplorable situation it was in. Saddened?by this. I feel terrible that i choose this place to treat my family....

The worst place I have ever eaten! The salmon tasted fishy and dry. I ordered asparagus twice it was so tough couldn't eat it either time, and drinks tasted like strawberry water instead of margaritas. My son's steak and chicken tenders were bland and didn't send his honey mustard with meal. Very disappointed!

My rice was hard and cold the first time I got it. Then when I told my server she brought me back rice that was still hard but now it was blazing hot like it was in a microwave. Our drinks were often empty. And my girlfriend didn’t even eat her food due too the poor quality. Overall was disappointed in service and food

the chicken and shrimp are very tasty

No one's steaks were made the way we ordered them... our server never really checked on us... we saw her maybe 3 times and when we asked her for anything it took FOREVER for it to come to us. Will definitely probably never go back.
