My husband and I had just returned to Kentucky from Ohio. We were tired and hungry. There were not a lot of people in line but there was an extended wait time. However the young man who waited on us was phenomenal, awesome, exceptional. His customer service was great! He never became impatient or frustrated despite working the Cash register alone. He made the best strawberry shake we have had. He should be the face of customer service for McDonald's! Kudos to him!!!!

Alright. I came through the drive thru a few days ago. The woman working the second window gave us one less straw than needed, and said they were out of sweet and sour. Out of sweet and sour? Come on. I just said oh well and went on.Fast forward to a few minutes ago. The same lady still gave an incorrect number of straws, and we literally held up the line for 3 or 4 minutes waiting on a simple drink carrier that didn't even fit all of the drinks. I made it home with the food to learn the plain burgers I ordered were not plain, and my wife just pulled a blonde hair from a burger.Do better, or I will never come to this location again. I understand that people are short staffed, but this falls back on management and the level of training.

The place seemed chaotic. We visited at 12:15 PM. It was busy but not as bad as I've seen some McDonald's. The checkout was standstill without a cashier in sight. The staff was working drive-thru and mobile orders only. A cashier finally started taking orders after 6-7 minutes of waiting. Literally, someone in our party went to the bathroom and came back before our order was taken. We were 2nd in line. The side door was locked, which seemed strange since there were people clearly inside. The women's bathroom was out of tissue in both stalls and had an air dryer only. There was only one trash can available to use in the lobby. No surprise but the ice cream machine was broken.

Price has gotten out of hand especially for french fries. Service was slow,. Paying with cash, but they wanted you to do the kiosk. Once my 1/4 pounders arrived. I believe even 2 of them would not have weighed 1/4 pound together. Plus they were cold and had a very odd flavor. Talk to 3 other customers while we were waiting and I told them this was my last trip to any McDonald's. Sorry but over $14 for 2 burgers a fry and a slushie is just too much for a bad meal.

The workers take our order. It was 10 minutes before they close. We didn't know this nor did they tell us. My experience in fast food restaurants is they take the order up until they close and then clean up. We are sitting there waiting on a total when the 3 of us see the lights go off. We still think we have food coming to us. We pulled to the window and are greeted with we are closed. After sitting there in line. Our time was wasted and we had no time to go to a different restaurant. Another fast food across the road took orders until closing time. But the actions of this McDonald's in Georgetown, Kentucky didn't take our order and prevent us from having enough time you go a different place. Way to go McDonald's

The very short staffed restaurant tried hard. And were cordial even while overwhelmed. I was in drive-thru for 35-40 minutes. I felt the need to tip just because they tried so hard. Wait reason was obvious so with a little patience we can be cordial too!

Don't come here for breakfast. Took 45 minutes just to get my order taken. This issue seemingly doesn't exist during lunch. Why does it take 10 minutes to take an order?

My daughter and I waited for a Frappe for over 25 minutes. With gas prices at almost 4 dollars a gallon I could have got a better iced coffee from Starbucks

This is by far the worst McDonald’s not only in Georgetown, but any I have ever been to. Getting 1star because 0 isn’t an option. They have 15 people working and they still have lines to the street. Of course they are all 16. Most of them are rude. The orders are wrong 80% of the time. I now drive the extra 3 or 4 miles to the one on connector road. This one need a new owner or manager.

Like everywhere in Georgetown right now, they are crowded often. They're not the quickest, but you can usually get in and out in 10-15 minutes at the worst. No complaints otherwise, food is almost always correct.
