UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I ordered fruit oatmeal with brown sugar..received plain oatmeal( no fruit no brown sugar), with no spoon (how is anyone suppose to eat it?) and no napkins. you pay someone $11.00 plus an hour and they can't even get oatmeal right. ? this isn't the first time..
I was so excited this morning when I saw the breakfast BAGELS were back.I ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel meal. When I go to the window to pay I asked the cashier to tell the manager how excited I was that the bagels were back. I get home with my meal and am so looking forward to biting into my bagel and imagine my surprise and disappointment that my breakfast sandwich is a sausage egg and cheese on a muffin. It would have been bad enough if it was on a bagel because I don't like their sausage. I'm not usually out to get breakfast so doubly disappointed. Too far to go back and waste my gas.
Usually I get the right order 50% of the time. Other times my food's wrong, has things leaking or they make me/my roommate wait in the drive thru reserved spot for 15-30 mins for being 'forgotten' or 'giving the food away'.Edit: Manager is very rude, I do late night doordashes and he either sighs or yells over the intercom. When I had a problem with a delivery, he couldn't help and was extremely rude while NOT helping me.
DO BETTER.I only came here to post those 2 words... however, after looking over the reviews, there seems to be a common theme. Night shift.. something should be changed. It's quite obvious.My 3 year old could fill these fry boxes better than this.. its probably not even that the person was lazy.. rather that they simply do NOT care. (Which is not okay)Also 1 was supposed to be no salt. Guess who's fries were SALTY??? Thanks.
Went through the drive through. Needed hot water so ordered hot tea with the tea bag left out. After back on the road discovered they gave me coffee with a tea bag! Totally worthless.
Please explain why every single time I visit this location and order a large sweet tea.. I am given a unsweetened tea.You call to report it for the 10th time same thing. Come and get it replaced. It should not keep happening in the first place. The tea is labeled one says Sweet Tea and one says Unsweetened tea...Read!! Read!! Read!! Nobody wants to get home and realize that again the same mistake was made.You go back to get it fixed and now your food is cold.I understand Nobody wants to work anymore but that's not the paying customers fault!! ?
Open 24 hours on connector road but it takes 24 hours to get thru the drive thru anytime after midnight, even if you're the only car in drive thru. I guess they have to wake up the cashier from their nap to take orders.
This is the best mcdonalds ive ever been to by far. That title for me used to go to Brandenburg but now Georgetown takes the cake. The cleanliness, friendliness, and speed of the staff goes unmatched. I will go here all the time now!!
The “ manager named Chris” told us to come back in 30 minutes because he was cleaning. At midnight, so whatever he was doing couldn’t wait? So I called a minute later because it didn’t make sense. He said yeah we are open, I was cleaning the frappe machine. Soooo cleaning the frappe machine means he can’t wait on anyone for 30 mins. Yet told us a minute later when called, that he’s open. Pleaseeee McDonald’s throw the whole person away. Get a robot, these people are literally worthless. This generation is doomed. These kids that you hire as managers don’t want to work. Complain about pay, seriously they are overpaid. They have zero worth ethic.
