I ordered your choice of 2. I got the club and 1/2 Southwest avocado salad. There i were no avocados on my salad and the 1/2 of club sandwich was very weak, mostly bread. My first time there. I was not impressed.
Came here for a quick lunch on my day off with my family. They got my granddaughter's order completely wrong: grilled cheese and mac-n-cheese. I ordered a potatoe and after about 10 minutes waiting, they said it would be another 13 minutes. I let them bring everyone else's order and took mine home. Doubt I'll be back. Wasn't much on the menu I'd eat anyways.
Good food, not well staffed. But very clean. Don't come on your lunch hour, you will spend it waiting for your order. Overall clean and friendly.
One of the better McAlisters I've been too. Most of the food is always fresh, though the spuds can get a little rough by end of day. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. You will spend about $10 a person, but overall, the food is worth it. I've dined in, ordered to go, and called ahead for pickup.
Tried the Chipotle chicken and bacon giant spud and the smell of it alone made me want to order another one. But these are the biggest baked potatoes in any restaurant I've ever eaten! They have to turn it diagonal in order for it to fit in the take out box. These spuds are delicious to me!
Not a huge sammich person but this first time wasn’t bad. Sandwich was ok but I shouldn’t have gotten it plain. Mac n Cheese we’re good
We had delivery for an order that was placed for us. The gentleman who delivered our food was very nice, respectful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for a better representative for the company. Today was the first time I've had food from here, but I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer. Thank you so much for your help, and understanding during my family's time of need.
I got soooooo much food for $11. I'll be back. When I was there they had burned all the spuds, they were gracious enough to tell me, but I want to try one. My curiosity fuels me.
My wife and I really like eating at McAlister’s. The food here in Georgetown is always good and the service is always great. The only issue I have is the sweet tea is not as good as other locations. The tea is cloudy and doesn’t have as good of a taste as other locations. The food and service is great here but we go to McAlister’s for the sweet tea. I’ve tried multiple times but might have to stop eating at this location. Yep, the sweet tea is that important. After our previous visit and review of the tea, management reached out to me. I appreciated that but after this visit, I have to say the tea hasn’t been fixed.
McAlister's never disappoints! I was actually with friends at another deli in town with 'P' as first letter and persuaded my friends and party of five to leave and head to McAlister's, where I prefer the choices and delicious tea. I and my friends were all very pleased with our meals and service. Thank you McAlister's staff for working so successfully through difficult and challenging times to make customers feel special and by offering delicious food and friendly service!
