This place should have a negative five star rating it's the second time in less than a week that I've been here and this time their phones are off at 7:19 p.m. not just busy definitely been taking off the hook. Another day this week I was going through the drive-thru and it was about 20 till 8:00 and they were closed and the people inside were laughing and carrying on at us for trying to order at their establishment very unprofessional very immature.
I ordered online before work. I hit “in store” pickup. However, there’s a sign that says drive Thru only! When I got there, the drive thru line was literally up the street!The pizza was great! I love the thin extra most bestest! Luckily for me, I called, and someone brought it out! My other option was to cancel it because I had to be at work. I’m crossed on how to review this. 5 stars for the pizza, 5 stars for the guy that answered the phone & said they’d bring it out, and 5 for the girl that did. She wouldn’t accept my tip! Negative stars though for not having a pick up area inside the store! I know staffing issues & what not, but they have, or had the portal to where you didn’t even have to talk to anyone! I understand if you don’t want to take inside orders, and there is no dining room, but to not allow us to just grab our food & go, that defeats the purpose of online ordering, and makes us wait a VERY long time for something that’s ready! You should REALLY resolve this, and allow an inside pickup option! It would also help with the line out to the street!
Second time here since moving and no consistency..anyone that looked at the deep dish supreme they made me would have trashed it and made another. Third time and the deep dish is still raw in middle so next time I will ask for it well done. Crust is still not right so not sure what they are doing in this one.
I believe the managers name is Tyler, but he's an absolute sweetheart. He runs the drive thru pretty well.But some of those employees need drug testing lol. Twice now they've forgotten to bring my order out to me having waited 30-45 minutes. Both of them being a simple cheese bread ?3 stars because the manager at least knows what he's doing.
This place was extremely busy and had cars lined down the street! But the restaurant was moving them though efficiently. Seems to be well ran and the food was stellar.
Currently drive thru only. Did was good but dry if want for that if be leaving 5*

You cannot go in to pick up your order, so you have to wait in a loooonnng drive thru line. Food was very good. There should be an easier and faster way.
Great people. Super helpful service dept. No high pressure sales. They carry great products. Parts dept gets backed sometimes, but that's because they offer great service. I dont mind to wait in line when I know I'm going to get great, personalized service when it's my turn. Taylor is a great salesman who seems to have your best interest at heart. Not just trying to get you to buy something.
I placed a phone order for 1 pizza and waited about 15 minutes before I did the 5 minute drive. Then sat in the drive thru (lobby is closed to all) for 20 minutes, I told them I had a phone order and gave the name - they said okay and to pull up to the window.... another 5 minute wait only to be told they have no order for me. The employee laughed and said I could get back into the drive thru line (which was longer at that point) and my pizza MIGHT be ready then. Very unprofessional and rude
