Ordered “quick pick up” stood at the counter for 35 minutes waiting on my order to be told “oh they haven’t started it yet” I’m doing it now. This is 20 minutes after my “pick up time”. Not one single employee asked me what the name was or what I was waiting on they just literally made it a point to not make eye contact one single time. I won’t be back.
Went thru the drive thru ordered two separate orders, they gave me my second order but forgot my first and girl I told it to never came back to give us our food We waited for an additional 25 minutes and I finally went inside to tell them about my missing first order which they forgot about which I had to wait another 10 minutes to get it and still be missing a meal. ? won’t be coming here again.
This location is pathetic. We have 3 times now been there got the 12 bucket meal and paid extra for legs and now each time they have charged us and not provided us with the extra legs. Each time we have called and they told us sorry they were out of legs. So they charged us for a product they didn’t have and didn’t care at all to make it right. They have legally stolen from us and sold us a product they didn’t have. Again pathetic. I worked fast food for years, guess what your job isn’t hard and isn’t demanding. They don’t deserve what they are being paid and don’t deserve to stay in business in Georgetown, KY.
It seems these days that KFC there prices are so high. This is just a fast food joint with prices as if it were the cheesecake factory or something. The prices are getting so high the value to food ratio is not worth it.
I came on a slow night through the drive-thru, there was these 2 younger girls at the window and they were phenomenal. Great energy, which is hard to keep consistent in fast food sometimes. Food was fresh and hot as well?
Sad to see the buffet didn't make it through the remodel but understand why... looks really nice inside and food was great of course. Think they are having trouble getting help (who isnt right now).. amazes me how people are still so rude to people that are struggling working at these fast food chains... JUST BE PATIENT
Quick service in the drive-thru. The food was fresh, hot and not too greasy. The coleslaw was some of the best we've had in a long while.
I am very glad that KFC is back open in Georgetown. The only thing I don't like is they don't have the buffet anymore:(
ordered original recipe and got half extra crispy that was dried out . Coleslaw was dry and out of safe temp zone .This is our last visit .We had hoped after the remodel some of these issues would have been addressed .
Always fresh, prices are kind of up there. But, newly renovated and clean. Nice employees!
