Ordered from the app, picked up and ate inside. I got a PEPE and it tasted like onions even though I didn't get onions on it. The wife got a tuna and lets just say it tasted like 5 day old tuna that was left out. Hopefully its not always like this cause if so thats a shame!
I had some difficulties with the online app (the app stated my order didn't go through) but I received an email that the order was confirmed. Unfortunately by that time I was back at work and could not leave and when I called to explain the situation, the employee was so sweet and kind she even offered to deliver to me! I received my order promptly after that. Thank you for wonderful service and your kindness!
The one star it forces you to give is for the delivery driver alone. She was the only good thing about the whole experience. Did an online order for delivery as I’m unable to drive - 1 Vito with no tomato or oil and vinegar, 1 pepe and 1 Tom turkey. Received a Vito with no seasoning or cheese, a regular vito (in place of the Pepe) and no cheese on the Tom turkey (I later found out that’s an extra). I first noticed the pepe wasn’t there and called to have it sent out. They apologized and said all they could do is send it out correctly. It was for my 8 year old, so I said yes. I asked did they need the vito that I received in its place and was told no I could have it, I said I don’t want it, I just didn’t know if I should give it to the driver, the lady said just throw it away, so I did. Then we unwrapped the vito that was ordered and realized it was wrong. Call again and have someone else that tells me I need to send the sandwiches back when the new ones come. I said they told me to throw away, so I need to get it out of my trash? Yes, we kinda need it is the response. Then the Tom turkey I realize has no cheese, so I call a 3rd time, they say ok they’ll send it, then call me back to say cheese is extra and I say ok, if you can send the sandwich corrected I’ll pay the difference, my error. I get the new sandwiches and give the driver my trash sandwiches only to find they still messed up the Pepe and literally sent me slices of cheese to add to my turkey sandwich that was in the trash box I gave to the driver. Absolutely horrible, terrible experience. I can only hope they’re not giving the trash sandwiches to another customer - why else would they need me to dig food out of my trash to return in the middle of a pandemic?
We ordered subs 2 days in a row, both pick-up at the drive thru. 1st order was alright, fresh bread, fresh tasting. I have never had a Jimmy John's so I was curious as to how the quality was. There are other sandwich shops we like to eat at, like DiBella's in Ohio, which always has fresh ingredients (been there like 8 times, same everytime, great!). The next day we ordered two different subs, and let's just say it was not the same experience. We BOTH had issues so we won't be going back. I am not sure if it was the different ingredients or what but not just one of us, but both had issues. It just might be a hit or miss here so you might want to see for yourself. Just my opinion here.
I would rather toss my cash out the window than to deal with Georgetown, KY s attitude. I would NEVER recommend this place. Rudest people around Georgetown and the biggest jokes.
All of the workers are super nice and friendly, especially the owners. I came in 2 times one week, and ever since, they have remembered my full order. They always talk to me & make me feel welcomed & never get my food wrong!
Me and my husband went to the drive through we ordered 2 sandwiches and after 10 min we were still waiting for our sandwiches. It was 2 females working in the store and they just took their time, we left before we got to the window the car in front of us also left.
Sandwiches are always very good. My favorite sub shop.
App never works because they turn off online ordering. Never have their own delivery driver so the only way to get a delivery is through third party which charges crazy fees especially for a company that has always advertised quick delivery. Just stop offering it and let people know you don’t do deliveries anymore!!!
