The food is good but when I called to order the automated message said if I used their app I would get 20% off my first order. So I downloaded the app, created an account and placed my order. No discount code was given. When I picked up the order the staff said they didn't know anything about 20% off and would not honor the discount. The dining room/buffet is still closed because of short staffing.
Never have food ready at quoted time, and the workers in the drive thru could def use some customer service training. Won't have to worry about me returning!
I liked the pizza more than my husband. I did enjoy the special of a 19 in pizza and two sides for $25. The pizza was huge and they cut it in squares which made it easier to eat. They have a convenient drive-thru as well.
Placed an order for pound of wings and got six measly wings. Called in and the girl tried to convince me that it was a pound. Don't skimp on the customer because of high prices that is not integrity.
Tried to go here for dinner today, wanted a sit down meal. They have a buffet option that I was thinking about trying out. We get there and there is a sign on the door stating they are NOT open to the public. Wait, what?? No mention of this on the website, nor in the google search.We ended up going somewhere else. MOST places will note online if the dining area is closed.Good think it was just myself and my fiance. I am sure if children were in tow that they would have been very disappointed.
In town for a birthday, we ate at this pizza place recommended by the hotel manager. Great pick! Great deals, with lots of good food! The driver she was awesome, and there was not a long wait!!
I enjoy the meals that my family and I get from Giovanni's. The price is good and the food is tasty. We eat there a couple times per month and we'll continue too.
Delivery has been slow lately and today food was cool instead of nice and hot. I have signed up for rewards and have yet to receive rewards for my orders. I don't think I'll be ordering for awhile.
Their food is amazing . I’ve never had any problems ordering from here . They are very friendly. I would like to eat inside one day instead of having to get it delivered to me lol other then that I would rate them a 4??
