I've been coming here for years. The food is excellent. The beer selection is great. The staff has been great for the most part. Their only issue is that they are always busy; which is not an issue for the business. Busy means its good. Go at noon during none sport night and you will find a 50% crowd. Dont like beer? Bourbon, cocktails, and wine are there for ya. Enjoy!
It was a class gathering occasion when we went there. The food was great and the portions were huge! We had Jalapeno poppers and chips and spinach dip for appetizers for 6 people. We all ordered some sort of sandwich and they were very generous in portions and most of us leftovers home.The server was attentive and prompt. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean.

This was our second experience with Galvin's (the first time was years ago and we were not impressed at all but gave it another chance because of their Georgetown Eats Week special) and everything was delicious! I didn't even get pictures because we all started inhaling our food as soon as we got it home (two had the special chicken and waffles, one had a cheeseburger and I had the philly cheese steak). The young lady working the to go desk was sweet and helpful (I'm sorry I didn't get her name!) We will definitely be back!
Our Friday night dinner spot! The best wings in Georgetown, hands down. We usually request Leah's section if we can - she is the best and is always so awesome and will take good care of you! Great beer selection, too!
Great restaurant in downtown Georgetown! The remodel looks fantastic and provides even more seating. It's especially fun when they open the garage doors for indoor outdoor dining. Everything I've ever eaten there was great.
We love Galvin's! We were glad they opened up the back room to accommodate additional customers the day we were there. We've had to choose other restaurants on many occasions because they were full, and we didn't want to wait.
The burger was good I feel the beef could have been a bit more moist. The bun was good. Best Arnold Palmer I have had in a longtime!
Easy parking, friendly service, fast turnaround for food. I had a chicken wrap and it was really good.
We went to Galvins on Saturday, Jan. 22. My sandwich was pretty good. But my wife ordered a Hawaiian pizza. It said it would have mozzarella cheese. When it arrived it had some sort of orange greasy cheese. She had to mop the grease off of it. It was not mozzarella. We took most of it home and she ate part of after adding some green peppers. She regretted eating it and threw the rest away. Definitely not worth 10.99. Won't be going back.
