I don't like to write bad reviews unless I think it will help someone else. Here goes. This place is a dump in every aspect of the word.Atmosphere: The inside was rundown. Apparent water damage on the interior walls. Peeling paint. The sink in the men's room is just barely hanging on. Dirt and water on the floors. Sticky tables.Food: It looked and tasted like it had been prepared days before. Not fresh. After eating here, the family and I felt pretty bad for a few hours. I wish I had stayed home and cooked.Service: There are two employees that I would have fired on the spot due to their lackadaisical attitude and poor attention to detail. I had to ask a handful of times for the correct order and silverware to eat with. When I came to the front, the guy there was on his phone, clearly doing the bare minimum. If this location indicates what Fazolis has become (HQ is in Lex). I have NO reservations about never coming back.To the manager: Take this review as an opportunity to turn this place around or find a more suitable job.
I tried to submit a review online using the address on my receipt but it kept saying it could not go through so I just thought I would leave on here. I assume my cashiers name was Marsha because that is the employee listed on the receipt. On 4. 29.22 at 4:53 PM I visited this Fazoli‘s and Marsha W or the cashier through the drive-through was absolutely phenomenal. They were busy and appeared to be short staffed she had a great attitude and deserves to be commended hopefully in some monetary way as a reward. But hopefully she at least gets this message that I appreciate her kindness. I have been in food service for about 20 years and it’s hard to find employees with good attitudes under pressure and stress. She was great.
Every since my dad found out he had cancer for the second time, we have found it’s easier to just eat out. Upon the passing of my dad (1-25-21), my mom & I still eat out A LOT, but have been so disappointed in A LOT of Georgetown’s restaurants. They either order wrong or something missing. KUDOS to Fazoli’s in Georgetown. We visited you on 4-12-22, placed a BIG order in drive-thru with manager Mary, ALL was in the bag, ALL was delicious. Thanks Fazoli’s! If I were still doing mystery shopper, you’d pass with flying colors!
Good place overall to eat, the food is great and very consistent. However, there is a funny hidden fee that got my order price from $8.99 to $14.89 on a combo menu. Next time, I’ll take it to heart to establish my final fee and have my food around that.
My husband and I visited our Georgetown Kentucky Fazoli’s for lunch today. Carol is always so kind and helpful when we dine here. She ensures that we have a great dining experience here at our Fazoli’s!!! Please relay our thanks to Carol! -Tim & Debbie Lunsford, Georgetown KY
Food came out fast and was hot. Best service I've had at a Fazolis ever. Alissa was super friendly, brought us fresh breadsticks, was fast and made sure the 10 of us were happy! Impressed, she deserved recognition in this rating.
Nothing against the workers who work here, but Fazoli's is a terrible company. I made an order using the kiosk, but their fryer wasn't working. I was told I needed a refund, so I went to get a refund. However, it'll be 3-5 days until the refund will be issued. I shouldn't have to wait days for a refund when it took me seconds to pay for the food.
Food: Good! I will get it again.Cleanliness: Good enough.Service: Good! Especially fast this visit.Price: A little high for the food/setting.
Fazoli's can always be counted on to get me wonderful food with the whole experience top-notch.Great savings & quick point accumulation using the app also.
