Great food! Awesome friendly service! They were so busy - not an empty table on a Thursday at 2:30pm and it’s obvious why!
We were in town from Nebraska and wanted to try something local. Fava’s did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the wait staff were fantastic. So glad we tried it out! We even got to meet the owner who took really good care of us. Our kids LOVED the pancakes!
Had a great meal at this little diner! The tiger burger was delicious!! They give you a very very generous portion of fries too. l couldnt even finish all of it. Staff was very friendly . If ever in the area again would definitetly stop there again!
Weary traveller looking to feed his family, lucked upon this amazing restaurant. Absolutely 5-Stars!!!Friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Delicious food - burgers, club sandwiches fried pickles, chicken salad, chicken strips, fries, chips, on and on - all delicious!!!A must visit and certainly a revisit.
They served the best breakfast that I have had in years. Great food and great service.
Hello everyone! I normally do not try to leave a bad review. Especially for the small family owned or just the local non franchise restaurants. I really prefer local local stars of the community. I travel a lot and I generally seek out this kind of establishment.But... I ordered a meal from Fava through DoorDash.I ordered a ribeye sandwich and potato chips. The ribeye sandwich included a ribeye steak a bun and the potato chips. No offer of mayonnaise or anything else on the sandwich.1) The ribeye is extremely thin and 1 piece of American cheese. $0.50 extra. Maybe 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch thick. Zero taste.I added (My own) mayonnaise and fresh ground pink sea salt and Indian peppercorn. Which was my own. Still not much taste.2) The bun was much too sweet. At least for me. A steak sandwich in my opinion should be not sweet. Unless it is barbecue. (Just my opinion)3) I had a few choices for a side of fries, potato chips and a few other choices. Being that I ordered from DoorDash for delivery in experience has been that fries are soggy when they arrive. So I decided on chips. I assumed a bag of Lay's or something. Fava apparently makes their own homemade potato chips. Good idea if you are in their restaurant. But instead they put their chips in the same container that my sandwich was in. So when they arrived they were limp and looked like they were dipped in a bowl of water.Summary:Ribeye sandwich: C-Potato Chips (Delivery): F I didn't eat them. Straight to the garbage after the first one.I apologize for this review. ?
Ok place. Food was ok nothing special. Just not my cup of tea per-say. Just my opinion. Was told all you can eat catfish dinner. Asked for another piece and they wanted more money.
I had picked up a door dash order from there. There is usually a small wait but not too bad. I have eaten here and they are Awesome! Breakfast is my fave there but if you like fried banana peppers, omg they are the best. It's a cute little diner that's been in Georgetown forever. The service is great! This place never disappoints
We walked in and right back out. Dirty windows and doors. Unappealing deep fried brown food on every occupied table. No healthy options. If I want deep fried cheese covered everything I'll prepare it at home at a fraction of the price. Yuk!
This was a nice off the fast food track—-about 5 minutes or less into town on the Main Street. I had an open face sandwich (beef manhattan) and husband had the “lunch hot brown”. Food and service were decent and beat having the same old fried fast food. Drive through town showed off great turn-of-century (1900’s) houses. If on I-75 again, would stop here again. Total bill, including two soft drinks and hot tea (not including tip) was $27.
