Not the first time I’ve had pizza from here but the first time I’m disappointed. I paid $30+ dollars for a pizza and salad wedge. The cashier asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the kitchen staff? Now I know servers make very little per hour and rely on tips but does this place not pay its cooks well? That was awkward. Also when we got back home with the pizza the onions and peppers were raw as in added after the pizza came out of the oven. That was weird. This isn’t the only show in town. We won’t be back.

Our favorite pizza place by far. Love the food and the atmosphere here...if you find yourself in Georgetown I highly recommend eating here.
We had the 'Old School Combo' pizza and it was delicious! Great crust, generous toppings, and a very good sauce. We'll be back!

It’s so unfortunate what my sister and her husband experienced here not once but TWICE. They are strictly vegan, and for the second time were served BUFFALO CHICKEN rather than BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES. After she and her husband both ate the chicken (he’s allergic) and realized, they contacted the restaurant by phone. They were told by a person who said they were the owner (he didn’t seem to care much) that the restaurant can comp a free meal and that’s the best he could do. I really hate to leave bad reviews but hopefully because of this review an improvement will be made before someone is hurt. Vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian’s beware, something tells us this happens often.
Very disappointed in my limited experience today. Their schedule said they opened at 11:00 am. When we arrived 3 people were waiting outside the door and told us that they opened at 4:00 pm instead, I also read a note on the door saying the same (due to I guess lack of employees). The customers waiting said they had been doing so since 2:30 pm. I realized it was 4:10 pm and started to walk to the car, when an employee got out of her car and said the owner hasn't arrived yet.With it being a pizza restaurant, the ovens would have to heat up, so the wait wasn't worth it. It's unfortunate, because I've been wanting to eat there.
Pretty good. The pizza crust was ok, guessing it was more of a new York style. The topping was great.
My family moved to Georgetown and the first night one of neighbors bought us some pizza from FatKats. It was great. I was excited and ordered it again a week later. I went to pickup my food which I got a notice was ready. (I live very close)I pulled up to the pickup window and rang the bell. No one came for 5 minutes (I checked the clock). I checked and rang again every 3 minutes after that for a total of 15 minutes. Several times associates would walk by the windows and not even talk to me. When they finally decided to open the window, I informed the associate I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes. The response was "Yeah we're busy" No apologies or anything. Thankfully the food was good again but, I could tell it had been sitting a few minutes and was not as fresh as the first time. I chalked this up to just being a bad day and moved on.The next time we ordered my wife did not receive the loaded cheese fries and I did not get the cheese I paid extra a $1.50 extra for on my sandwich.The food here is wonderful but the service has been consistently awful from my personal experience. I can not recommend it and will not be ordering it until they try to earn the business back. We like to order pizza every week and support local however I can't support bad service and be consistently disappointed.If FatKats contacts me and tries to make this right I will gladly update this review but I'm going to put the ball in their court to make it right. I would like to continue to support the small business but they need to get their service worked out.
Bang Bang chicken pizza, you have got to try this pizza. It is the best non-traditional pizza I have ever had. It is pizza with an Asian flavor. It is amazing. I was a little skeptical but was amazed once it arrived.
