Excellent waitress and fast service.

We were there two weeks ago and my husband had the cod fish platter and loved it so we went back again this past Friday and we both ordered the fish fry and it was very disappointing! It had more crispy coating than fish, couldn't even taste the fish. It seemed like it was definitely cooked in the wrong batter. Couldn't understand how it changed that much in a week. Probably won't be back for awhile.
My only complaint, which honestly isn’t so bad, is that one of the spotlights in the gift shop (right as you walk in/out) is above the fan. Which creates a strobe-like effect. This is harmful for those of us who are photosensitive and/or have epilepsy.Else wise, this location is a delight. Always clean. Food is always correct and hot! Restrooms are well maintained.And the shop is nearly perfectly (see above) ADA compliant. In the sense that, while tight, the paths are wheelchair accessible.
Fairly good food. It has become less country food due to cost cuts. Whoever heard of gravy that's as thick as paste? You should be able to pour gravy. CB you need to step up. ?

I usually pick up for door dash and these people take FOREVER! you get ignored half the time until you call out to someone for help. I have eaten here and the food is good. The service is usually pretty good. I give it 3 ? for delivery service and 4 ? for dining experience
Fantastic food for a great price. I absolutely loved the greens, cornbread, fresh steamed broccoli and signature fried chicken. A meal that can’t go wrong! I love the atmosphere in this restaurant. The place has a really neat store with snacks, clothes, nicknacks, other miscellaneous products to buy. It’s interesting to shop for a bit and see what they have. Great family friendly restaurant.
Everything was good, as always, with the food that we ordered. The wait staff was slow at serving us and coming back to see if we were ok with everything. But, that seems to be the way cracker barrels are these days so don't be disappointed about the slow staff.
One of the best Cracker Barrels there is. The service is exceptional and the food is great. Rather than eat at a CB in Lexington, my wife and I drive to Georgetown because it's that good.
