Food was wonderful as always for this restaurant chain, but for the 1st time, we found one where they didn't really make you feel as welcome. Also the shift manager that waited on us was not very friendly. But we continue to love most Chick-fil-A, keep up the good work, but this particular one needs a little work on customer service.
Wow! The best service ever!We arrived on a busy Friday afternoon ahead of a jam packed Memorial weekend. I inadvertently ordered the wrong sandwich but once I queried my order, store manager Misty immediately responded by making it right, even though the error was on me.This restaurant runs like a well oiled machine, no matter how busy! Friendly, totally customer centered, this was our fav fast food stop during our Horsey 100 bike weekend event in Georgetown. Thanks to all those working in front and behind the counter.
Georgetown KY location - 1 star... for poor traffic design. Who in the world designed this location? Poor planning! I stopped by to get a tea, got directed to go a certain way, thought they had double lanes. Nope! I got stuck in a swirl of traffic waiting for drive-thru ordering. It took forever just to get to a place to escape. I DO NOT recommend this location. Too dangerous & time consuming. If you like a real life game of traffic jam/wasting life in drive thrus, then this is the place for you!!
Spicy Southwest Grilled Chicken salad is one of the best salads I've had. So fresh. It s my favorite!
Drive through is so tight do not attempt to drive a dually truck through, our mirror was busted because of the tight/sharp turns. I've been to many chik fil a drive through from Florida north and by far this has got to be the worst drive through set up.
I once received a years free of chic fil a meals. So yes of course I used them & never received one bad, incorrect order ever until recently. I do not know if it’s from the potatoes your buying or the way your making the fries but every single time at this Georgetown one the last 2 month the fries are soggy, or taste squishy. Like someone microwaved them after cooking them. Idk If I wanted soggy fries I’d go to McDonald’s but your still the best by a long shot.
This location is the best Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. The manager is extremely nice and the employees are very well mannered. I'd definitely recommend this location if you enjoy good food and very friendly encounters.
Chicken Cobb salad is the bomb! Thanks for setting the free range chicken free to roam outside their aluminum heated death chambers? Leaving what used to be crispy breading to a smoltering mess.This is what our posh-privilege eats and thinks is the best ever? I don't think so. However, the same goes for starbucks.
This is the best fast food place in Georgetown when it comes to service. They are an efficient, well oiled machine. I didn't have to wait long, the employees were polite, and well groomed and everything was fresh and correct to order. I didn't even have to go in to notice how clean the place was either, it could be seen through the windows. I don't know if it's the way they train or the owner of this particular location, but way to go! Other fast food places should take note and raise their standards, especially on the quality of people they hire.
