The service was good, friendly people, but the whopper I ordered and fries were almost lukewarmIt obviously couldn't have been freshly cooked. Very disappointed with the food!!!
My husband and I rarely eat at Burger King, but stopped in for a quick take out while traveling. The young male employee was so kind and helpful to answer all of our menu questions. The food was good and it was a nice experience!
First time in awhile I can give BK 4 stars, new spicey chicken sandwich was amazing. Well cooked, huge portion, good sauce. If the bread wasn't stale would be 5 stars.
The girls in the drive-thru were so very nice! They were smiling and so friendly! Cute elf hats too!

I called up there to let the manger know that I have been around people that tested positive for COVID and one of their employees needs to get tested and she came back with (girl bye and hung up on me ) and that was a manger so if that’s how mangment talks to customers they shouldn’t even have a job
The workers here are very impatient,rude,disrespectful,inconsiderate they didn’t ask me if I wanted cheese and I forgot to tell them when I got to the window I simply asked if there was anyway I could get cheese for me and my brothers whoppers she very rudely said no and shut the window in my face if I could cuss on here this would be worded very differently I won’t be going back
Worst treatment I've ever gotten.. ordered 2 fish sandwiches they forgot 1 we had to turn around the doors were locked so we had to wait in line for 20+ mins the lady at the window TOLD ME TO SHUT UP...... And then the manager Johnathan looks in my car when i ask him for a refund on only the item they didn't give me he tells me i have to give all the food and drinks back looks in my car at the window to make sure we weren't hiding fries or something then was gone 10 mins with my card getting a refund..... never again ....
If i could give a zero star i would. I came thru drive thru today to get something quick for my child & when i got home ALL OF THE FOOD WAS UNDER COOKED. FRIES, ONION RINGS & CHICKEN. Literally the food was not done at all & was barely cooked half way thru, they pulled EVERYTHING up WAYYY too early wich is super dangerous and can make u sick. So then i tried to call atleast 5 times to tell the manager and warn them that someone is pulling the food up way too early they are going to end up making people get very sick. Nobody will answer the phone & it says the voicemail is full so i cant leave a msg. Thank god i realized the food was not cooked all the way b4 i gave it to my child. Wasted money & time & gas and now i still have to cook dinner!! I'm one unhappy momma right now thanks to burger king??
