Worst one I've been to in a long time. Ordered 2 whoppers got cheese burgers. No lettuce or tomato. Won't stop at it again
The lady manager was very rude, we were picking up a doordash order for a customer she said we can wait inside or drive through it didn't matter to her either way I was giving off attitude to made out like our order for the customer was not important and she proceeded to get customers orders ready and out to them drive-thru and inside that came in after we did
Manager is extremely rude. Ignored customer in store. When asked for help multiple times.
Everything was great my food was hot and made the way I order it
For this type of food, it far exceeds McDonald's by a long shot. I started coming here in the mornings before work because there was never a line. I keep coming back because of the wonderful gals there running the show. I'd leave the clown and go be served by a king :)
The general manager was over the top rude then handed me the burger. I watched the cook barely add lettuce on the burger, and I asked for more. She snapped that there was lettuce on it, and I told her there was barely any. I asked her if she was okay with it barely having lettuce in it and she just silently stared at me.. Not a word. So I started to walk out. Then she said she would get me lettuce and I just left. I'll never go back. This is one of my rare negative reviews. But this one deserves no more business from me.
I use to love this place but after them calling us beaners and said we should be a us citizen and said to go back to mexico we were very offended and this person was a white women and she can not call us beaners it's a slur only us mexicans can say but I am so sad to say I will not be going there again because of her because of what she said to us and for spitting in our food infront of our faces we will not be going here anymore because of that person that is so sad how we can not be peaceful and happy together all race together
Came through to pick up a door dash order. Was not busy what so ever. However it appeared to ruin the manager Sherry’s night. Due to the fact she didn’t speak a word. Very unprofessional. Didn’t receive a thank you or anything. Wasn’t sure I received everything. She didn’t have a good vide what so ever. Not a very professional person to be a manager. According to the other reviews about her, this is nothing new.
Drive Thru sucks. Three times in two weeks not one order correct. When people would rather drive across town to the other one. Shows there’s a big problem here.
Chi-king sandwich was terrible, fries were cold. Not a good time for the King today.
