Horrible service sat waiting to order no one acknowledged us people that are working are completely clueless morons and management is a joke.
Usually I can never get what I order. Either no more dirty rice, or out of the pieces of chicken I like or yesterday, no more green beans. I really like the food but what I seem to want at the time is never there. No matter what time of day I go. Each time I walk away without what I desire to eat. This is not once or twice but every time I go. I understand COVID has hurt a lot of restaurants. I really get it. If I didn't like the food so much I wouldn't write about not getting what I like.
Stopped by there on a Sunday at 11:30 am. No sweet or unsweetened tea should have been my first sign to leave. Ordered the family meal the green beans tasted strange. The dining room looked as though it had not been cleaned in days. We love Bo’s and will stop whenever we find one. This one is very disappointing. Do better Georgetown Bojangles!!!
This was my first visit and definitely not the last. My breakfast was hot and the employees were welcoming and kind. I was given the wrong drink but they were happy to correct the mix up.Please be kind to these workers, you may be the person that makes a difference in someone’s life.
Bojangles has always been my favorite restaurant in NC but this location had the WORST service ever!!! We waited with our newborn in the car for 45 minutes to even take our order. There were zero customers infront of us and one car in the dining area. Then we waited 8 more minutes at the speaker to even order just To be told there was a 15-20 minute wait on biscuits and no ice. We then got to the window to pay to be told there was no receipt paper and to pull forward to wait. We were charged $25, after waiting for TEN MORE MINUTES. I finally went inside to see what was happening and saw ice available. There were FIVE total workers. I finally got my food to have fries and sauce missing, one of my sides and had to go BACK inside. The red headed girl in the boot told me that the sauce was in the bag I received with an attitude and that my fries were in the bag and when I got stern back with her she told me “I’m not gonna give you your fries then”. I will be calling customer service as well. What a joke!!!

Extremely Overpriced, the sides for the family meals come in individual containers, and the one person preparing the food wasn't wearing her masks while the entire team had their's on, except for the manager who also walked around the restaurant without a mask. They must be privileged, or a couple of Karen's.
Used to get a perfect order every time. Now, every time we go we are missing something; sides, biscuits, gravy, toppings, sauces. And not to mention the wait is so long. The last time we went we checked our order before we left. No biscuits. Pulled around because the doors were locked and told them we were missing biscuits. The cashier was confused that we were supposed to get biscuits. Then we were asked to pull forward and we waited 20 minutes for biscuits. This time we were missing 3 items. I was not going to wait another 20 minutes or more. We will go back to Lee's. Was going to email corporate but there is no email. Tried calling the number, no answer.
Showed up at 3pm on Saturday walked in and no employees in site waited about 5mins and a young girl walked out of the back with no hello or anything, she pressed a button on the register and walked away. Showed back up at the register with the apparent manager again with no hello or anything, the manager typed a code in the register and finally greeted us with ”it’s gonna be 4min for the register to reboot you all can wait if you you want” We just walked out. Shew. It’s crazy. I don’t know how a business will ever survive with employees like this. I won’t ever be back. Thanks Bojangles
their drive thru is the worst! waited on 4 biscuits over 15 mins in the drive thru this morning!
