Wish I got some names so I could call them out, but the staff was amazing. Very friendly and quick, we had stopped in our way back home. A storm was coming and they made sure to tell us to drive safe. Food was also great. This is the 2nd location I have been to, as we have one in our home town, and that one is also very friendly and quick. The employee that took our order today, seemed to have an extra dose of kindness with taking our order. Please tell your staff that they did great and we appreciate it!
My daughter loves there ham bagels and drinks. The drinks are very expensive but she says they are worth it!
We stopped by BIGGBY this morning around 8am. The girl working the drive through was such a joy that, as we were leaving, my 10yo son said, “she made me want to have a great day!” She was so pleasant, asked how I was this morning, got me a rewards card and told me about the rewards, and just was an all around awesome person! I hope she can be recognized for her hard work and smile on an early Saturday morning! Also adding that it was so quick to get my 2 drinks!
I am updating my review. I used to love this place. But they will literally lie to your face about coupons and how they work. I don't know about you but when a coupon says buy one get one free that does not mean 'give them a couple of dollars off'. It means one is free.Aside from this issue their hours have been all over the place. I understand labor shortages and everything but it gets kind of crazy after a while. Sometimes they are very professional and sometimes they are not. I don't like that they are so inconsistent.

New to the area and decided to give this quaint coffee shop a try. Super clean inside, fast and friendly service, and the coffee is delicious! Definitely better than any Starbucks experience I've had, and I've been to many across the country.
