Nothing spectacular here. In fact, just about everything on the menu tastes alike. Also, a little pricey, but all fast food has gotten ridiculously OVERPRICED.
The food is really good especially the wings. I would rank it highly, however the service at the location in Frankfort is very inconsistent.
Called to see if dine in was available because we're in a pandemic and so many places are closed for dine In. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, stating were always open very rudely and ubruptly hung up. I now will not spend money there. Watch who you hire zaxbys some of your employees don't want to actually help customers.
Ordered wings and things for I and the wife. Service was fast, food was hot and tasty. A great experience. Cant ask for much more than that. Look foward to revisiting in the near future
The people taking the orders in the drive through don’t listen when you ask for something different. My granddaughter loves Zaxby’s chicken finger dinner. She won’t eat cole slaw and wants extra fries instead. She wants one less Zax sauce and a ranch in place of it. They charge me for a ranch sauce and many times I don’t get it. Last night I paid for a five finger meal but I got four VERY SMALL fingers. I mean like half the size of a normal one. I wish I’d taken a picture. Half the time they give her the coke slaw without the extra fries. I just want what I paid for and I don’t want to be charged for sauces that aren’t extrA!
Sat in an empty drivethru for several minutes. Finally I said hello to see if there was someone there and was greeted by the rudest drive thru voice I think I have ever heard. It was the last straw for me. This location's quality and service have gone extremely downhill the last several months.I know there are understaffing issues almost everywhere. But I did not cause them. So please don't be rude to me.
I'm not one to rate anyone if I'm not able to give 5 stars but.... the waiter/cashier didn't seem happy at all to be there, the food was not fresh and the building wasn't very clean. We will not be back.
I love to order from the mobile app. My order is always hot and ready at the scheduled time. Timeliness is a big plus when you have a limited amount of time for lunch!!!
Drive through was efficient and accurate.Special is 7.99 with drink. Boneless wings, choice of sauce and fries.
Trash chicken, dry and cold when received. They have messed up my order 3 times in a row. Apparently they don’t know how to read a screen correctly. Last time going here.
