I had a mess up. But the manager Jessica was so polite & fixed the mess up with such grace & kindness! Wendy’s should be proud to have such a hardworking manager for them! She was also working her butt off & only showed kindness thru it. The best customer service I’ve seen in a real long time!
Great food. Always hot, or easily corrected. Service is great.
No sense of urgency by the front counter employee. Had to ask for to go forks for salad and seemed annoyed that he had to work. This location is just not worth it.

We can always count on Wendy's to have fresh food that has not been under a heat lamp drying out. Their salads are crisp and fresh. Their staff is always friendly and they work fast. The drive-through lines are usually long, but the wait times are usually no longer than 6-8 minutes from the time you drive up, wait in the car line, order food, pay, get food and drive away. Excellent management and work crew.
Not only does this location serve coffee with the cup half full, they serve it cold and expired. This is not the first time having this kind of experience at this location. Only get coffee here if you want your morning absolutely ruined.
