Taco Bell has really gone down hill.Their portions have shrunk significantly while maintaining the same prices.They've taken all their good and popular foods off their menu like the shredded chicken burrito.Taco bell is a taco shell of what they once were. They used to be good value for the money, now they are the opposite - a waste.RIP good Taco Bell, I'll always have the memories.
They wont give you a reciept.They never change the drive through menu for breakfast so when they cheat you on a 2.49 menu item and serve up literally a tortilla with nothing but egg in it you get cheated.
Absolutely the most horrible Taco Bell there is in the state of Kentucky Brandon McDowell mother is the general manager of this store and they both will let there employees get away with pretty much anything such as dropping food on the floor, spitting on people food and still selling it and treating customers with no respect.. when asked for a refund they deny. Can show up to the store at 12:45:,12:50 try to order food and they will say there closed
The other Taco Bell is better. On multiple occasions I’ve gotten a supreme taco and gotten a regular taco. Supreme has sour cream and tomatoes. Otherwise quality of food is good, standard Taco Bell.
If you doordash do not pick up orders from this location. They are extremely rude,I parked on the curb next to the door and they refuse to give me the customers order unless I parked my car. I went back later and went through the drive thru and they told me again to park. So I called them lazy because they couldn't hand a bag through a window (a simple task) they literally had someone else come on the mic to tell me if I can't comply then I won't get the food and they will drop the order and another dasher can pick it up.
Absolutely abysmal. Quite possibly the worst single fast food restaurant I have had the misfortune to eat at. Every single time I have eaten at this Taco Bell after the morning/lunch hours, I am treated to what can only be described as slop. Until now I just looked the other way because, let's face it, fast food is rarely all that well made, but this is just unacceptable. How is it that I can go to this place during the lunch hour and have a perfectly decent experience, but anytime I go in the afternoon I get food that looks like it was made in a washing machine. Today I tried the new Cantina Chicken Tacos, as shown in the picture below. 5 dollars for two half empty tortillas with two inches of rubberized chicken each. Never again. Do yourself a favor and drive across town to the other Taco Bell, or hell, drive to one in Georgetown. Cold food is at least edible.
Do not go to the one on the west side. They can not do anything right. I gave them a coupon for a free meal and still charged me for it. They mess they order up any time I go. There is one girl that works that that needs her parents to snatch her up. Np respect. You can tell she still in high School.
This was new years eve at 11:30pm(i know I should have stayed home,but was craving Tb)Ordered on my phone,it went through,got the confirmation email and also the charge was on my card.They say they didn’t get my order.I tell them well it’s on my phone,confirmation and charge so just make it.Manager is like “I can’t feed you until i see it on my screen”Dude you’re not feeding me.I paid for it and have proof!!!I had to place another order,pay again to get my food!!!! He wouldn’t work with me at all.All he said “meet me at the front door,let’s talk”.I’m like…”sir,my husband is waiting with my baby.I need our snacks”… horrible
Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.Unfortunately I’m unable to give this Taco Bell destination a well deserved 0. Over the last 6 months I’ve seen this Taco Bell decline faster than air travel during peak Covid season. Not sure if the management has hit its all time low or if they have a high turnover rate.Regardless when ordering you will get the lucky chance of receiving cold food and/ or the wrong food. Today I made the regrettable choice of eating their for lunch. I received cold beans, burnt burrito shell, with a dash of freezer burnt tomatoes.As a former Taco Bell staff/ manager I can safely say this low quality performance is unacceptable. I can also say that steaming refried beans doesn’t take chef. Using old dehydrated beans is not the “vibe”. Cleaning off the grill takes 10 seconds and it begs the question how often is this station cleaned. Furthermore, hulk smashing a burrito is completely unnecessary. God speed for the innocent souls who will eat at this location.
Went for a cheesy Gordita crunch box everything in the box was ICE cold I was refused a replacement and was talked to very rudely by management the food was so cold the cheese wasn’t melted between the soft and hard shell on the Gordita it was just folded together with shredded cheese between it i would not recommend this food to anyone Use your extra bit of gas and got to west side of Frankfort this was the worst experience I’ve ever had food or customer service wise anywhere only recommendation I would have for this restaurant is close the doors and if they don’t customers stay FAR AWAY
