Came through drive through and ordered teo bacon ranch footlongs and i wanted them toasted and when I received my sandwiches they felt like they came out of the fridge
I asked her to change gloves as she just served other customer bacon and steak which I can’t eat and also she was operating system with same gloves on. Then she started murmuring something. Customer service is horrible.
The indian guy is either incompetent or still new to the country, Poor communication skills. Not a good looking place and my subs were probably a 4-10. For some reason the call box is next to an ac unit so somtimes your order is liable to be wrong because its so loud while your talking. Just a bad over all experience. go to the west side of frankfort the service communication and overall experience is just better. Will not be going back to this one.

Why did subway stop honoring their coupons. If they will not honor them quit sending them it the mail.
Terrible customer service. The owner was rude to my son and clearly did not want to toast his sandwich.I paid nearly $33.00 for 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks. The Diet Coke was flat so I grabbed another cup to get a different drink and the owner accused me of stealing an extra drink. I will never return to this store after such a humiliating experience. Terrible service and overpriced sandwiches.
They were nice and considerate the staff was super friendly and the food was great!
Its a joke try up chargeing every time .. This time $2.50 for my free water told they don't offer free water !! Told them nope take the cups back ...then pulls clear water cups out the free ones they dont offer ...3 bucks for 2 strips of bacon !! Save your money go to westside at least they dont rip u off to your face...
Customer service was as bad as the sandwich.Pulled into the drive through, asked for honey oat bread person was very rude about not having it. After opening up the sandwich it wasn't enough meat to make a 6" let along the foot long I ordered. It was a waste of time and money. I honestly would have been better off going anywhere else or just making a sandwich at home.
Great sandwich great people little dirty when I walked in and took about ten min to make a simple sandwich but it was great!
