Went into the restaurant waited 8 minutes before seeing an employee,who i could hear talking on the phone,phone, another 4 minutes before she got off her personal phone to take my order, half way through she was on the phone again, she had her child with her who was climbing on the counters with the food and running around with out said employee in sight. I am very well unpleased with this latest experience.
They don't take coupons. They've gone up in price like everything else. The cost doesn't justify the convenience anymore
I had wanted to take my grandson for a treat, so i invited him for lunch at Subway. We planned our day out and i clipped my coupons since I live on a fixed income. It was around 1 oclock when we arrived, and the place was empty. Upon ordering i notice a note taped to the count indicating they were not accepting coupons anymore. When i asked "why", I recieved no answer. The employee didn't speak good English, and we couldn't hear her when she spoke. Our food was good, but very expensive for my budget. I'll not return.
I went after work before stopping at the card shop next store, and i literally had to wake up the employee who was sleeping in the rolling chair behind the counter. Then told me he couldnt make a sandwhich because he was to tired. I mean what in the world. Couldnt give it zero stars or i would.
This used to be the go-to location. Then last year we went in, the two employees working (one female and one male) just peeked around the doorway from the kitchen, saw us and never came out to take our order. We waited for 15 minutes, thinking she would get off the phone and help but no so we left. Last week we decided to try again, we had to wait bc the lady was talking on her Bluetooth but she finally decided to take our order this time but very rudely. We tried to engage by saying “hello” “please” and “thank you” we were ignored because she was on the phone. Then we leave, she follows us out the door and leaves the family inside wo saying a word about returning. We get home and the bread and toppings on our sandwiches was old.
Sandwiches were okay, but the people that worked there weren't friendly at all. They asked if you would like to leave a tip. Why would I when you didn't even speak to us. My tip is for this location is to be friendly and you will get more business.

I eat here 5 days a week and absolutely love the couple that runs this store! Nicest people ever!
Do not go here if you don't want to be double charged for your order and then yelled at and told you're a liar for trying to resolve the issue.
