Resturant was clean service was good, but that's about it. Food was disappointing especially after the place came recommended while we stayed in the area. I have never had Italian food with such a strong influence of dill seasoning. They had it on everthing. chicken Alfredo was not like any we have ever had before. Funky taste with the dill. Marinara sauce again funky taste with strong influence of dill. Burger patty was good but bun tasted old. 5 of us ate there and all left disappointed. Will not eat there again.

We had great food and personalized service! Relaxed atmosphere with very friendly staff. Loved the historical setting.

The restaurant was cozy and welcomingOur server was somewhat attentive, but perhaps over sat.The kitchen was out of some items, apparently everyone orders Brie, risotto, and crème brûléeThe wine list was better than some, but again the server was too busy to serveOur entrees arrive after sitting a bit too long under the get lamp and lacked-seasoning and flavorAlfredo with chicken, chicken super dry as was the pasta from heat lamp.Salmon overdone as well. They can and should do betterTime for the chef to step up

We enjoyed our experience here and we will be back! Very good food, excellent service in the heart of downtown Frankfort!

My husband and I shared the BEST meal here. Started with the caesar salad then on to the pork chop with brussel sprouts as the main course. One of the best meals we've had in a very long time. We sat at the bar and enjoyed great conversation and service from the gal working as the bartender - she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend! We can't wait to return on our next visit to Frankfort!

Good food, fast and friendly service, great bar selection with nice upscale environment.

2 PM reservation, was told 45 minute wait. Flat soda. Multiple drink orders wrong. Southern Comfort and OJ was just OJ, for example. They were out of half of the items on the dinner menu and none of the brunch items were even available. Two of three people got the wrong lasagna, all came with meat when two asked for meatless. Medium steak was barely cooked to rare. Staff gaslighted and made excuse after excuse. Used to be good but it's sadly gone way down hill.

Wow! Carlos and team have done a GREAT job revitalizing this place! Our group had some special requests and they accommodated everything perfectly. Best calamari I've EVER had! Dalaine was a great server and Mike was just killing it in the kitchen. After swearing off that place some time ago, I can't WAIT to go back!

We enjoyed our meal at Serafini. The atmosphere is a little stuffy or dated but that didn’t detract from our meal. Our server was friendly and attentive. My salmon entree was well prepared and delicious. Crème brûlée for dessert was also tasty. An enjoyable meal.

The hospitality shines all year round. The appetizers are legendary (especially the deep fried, lightly breaded oysters with that Thai-influenced plum sauce). But the experience of sipping cocktails outside on a warm afternoon with the Old State Capitol as a backdrop is one of the best in the Commonwealth.
