This restaurant is getting really bad. My wife went to get me dinner and bring it to me at work. Called to make sure they where open and they said we're closing in 3 minutes on a Friday night no less. So now I don't have any dinner and will have to go 12 hours without eating. This has happened several times over the last 2 months. The other thing that has happened is stopped to get something to eat and the sign said online orders only. I am not happy at all with this place and probably will never eat there again.
Drove from Lawrenceburg. Arrived at 845 on a Saturday night and they’re closed! Sign says 10pm! Not happy!!!! We had attempted to visit last night (fri night) about 8pm and they were out of many things: chicken (had a ton on the grill but none was ready), ground beef, black beans.. the lettuce was not fresh and the person who was dishing out the rice and beans is so sloppy. He was flinging the utensils after each time he poured and was throwing them in the pans causing contents to go splattering/flying. The white rice and brown rice was all mixed together due to this. This restaurant claims staffing issues but they’re so picky with their hires… of course, because they’d much rather close early due to no staff or food shortage than remain open on a Saturday night! Horrible! 0/10! Would not recommend!
I'm giving 3 out of 5 due to being out of so many ingredients. This place is normally rock solid. Hopefully when I come back they will have everything fully stocked up again.
After several bad experiences at this location we had gotten in the habit of avoiding it. We stopped in here the night of 02/11/22 and it was incredible. The burrito was rolled perfectly, the meats were all hot and fresh, the dining area was clean. The staff was friendly, the guy in the background was temp checking every piece of chicken to come off the grill which is nice to see. Glad to see an obvious change.
This restores my hope for this chain, they actually give you good portions of meat unlike other Qdoba locations this one has friendly staff, good portions, and a clean store!
While not my favorite of the make it your way Mexican food, this store is well ran and the staff are very nice. Management came out and said hello which never happens at a fast food restaurant
Absolute worst experience I've ever had. The only female crew member was arguing with an older gentleman picking up his catering order and kept rolling her eyes at him. Another gentleman goes to pay with card and wasn't working she rolled her eyes at him and grabbed card out of hand and did it for him. Was a shock to someone who has never been to experience this. Won't be coming back. Ever. I'll drive out of town to Chipotle where crew members treat their customers like family.
Always enjoy my food from here. Thy don't always have fajita veggies ready, but otherwise it's great.
This is the first time I ate here.. It was pretty good was only able to eat half, but I finished the other half later... lol. I can say it would of been nice if I knew wat side to go to if I was just picking up and was a little lost also if I got greated or something of the sort when I went in .. the had a pretty good line so that made me feel good on the way the food was going to be .. but I can say one of the workers there must have been having a bad day or just did not want to be there cuz u was so able to tell . Also as more costumers was coming in they huffed seem to get more aggravated as well as saying they was about to walk out .. just wish some workers know that people are able to see that féel it and such... Plus it does make one feel uncomfortable plus some... I mean there is people out here not being able to pay bills or even live and would love to work where they are ex wat is going on in this world right now.., I'm not trying to grip but I'm mean..,.. other then that food was very good...,, ??
Got food for my daughter and myself..healthy and delicious.
