Would not recommend this place! The staff left off one of my sandwiches, served 15 other people in advance of making mine once they were made aware of it. The little boy / girl yelled my name from behind the cash register to come and get the sandwich that now had to be to go.
I like the one on east side better. When I went yesterday, half of their pop was out and the tea tasted spoiled. I let them know and apparently only the morning manager can make tea and switch out pops? I don't know. That's what they told me. But when we go to this location there is always something wrong.
I love,love, love Penn Station. Fresh fries and lemonade to side with the best subs in town. Absolutely every sandwich I have tried has been delicious. Chicken cordon Bleu and chicken teriyaki are my favs.
The portions are a good size. Got a large fry for 4 people, had plenty. Left full.
Food was awesome as usual. Not much more to say. Highly recommend

Came with a work group. Stopped for lunch today. January 5, 2022 at 1:06 pm. There was a female employee which I will assume was in charge. Something went wrong and she literally blasted and employee in front of other employees and customers. How unprofessional. If you must say something to an employee then be a professional abs do it privately.
Hands down the best Penn Station in Frankfort! Emily is such an amazing employee, her kindness and bubbly personality keep my family coming back! The food is fresh and delicious every time!! The restaurant is always clean. I highly recommend this Penn Station! Thank you, Emily!
I pulled up at 8;39pm and they closed at 9pm. I had 21 min and they had the open sign on but the doors locked and the music blaring. They also had the phone off the hook because I tried to call and it was busy the whole time. That is awful customer service in my opinion.
Great service! We had 8 people come in and Logan was great. Put our names on our orders and made sure we were all happy. It is so nice to see happy employees. Thank you so much for making lunch great ?
