Before I write my review, I want to note that I usually love Papa John’s pizza. Love the crust and the sauce. This time I ordered a small pizza and the garlic knots. They sent the wrong pizza. The crust was not their normal. It had obviously been sitting awhile before it was delivered. It was almost cold. The garlic knots were tough, again, because they weren’t fresh. Overall…not my normal experience with Papa John’s. Disappointed!
This is the second time this has been done to me, we ordered a pizza and some cheese sticks, we called an hour later because our food hadn’t been delivered and it said location was closed, then we called back another hour later and someone answered we asked if they were closed or not and they said “ oh I was just about to call you” they told us they didn’t have a delivery driver. Which is fine but 2 hours later you tell us this? You could’ve called 2 hours ago and we would’ve came and got our pizza and I still got charged $35.
So beautiful, for 27$ and gave 40$ Just for the driver to take off and not give change back at all. I allowed my boyfriend to answer the door by the time I went to get the drivers attention he just drove off. DONT RECCOMEND! And next time I’ll DRIVE to the east side to get my food. The garlic butter I paid for to come with it was opened as well.
All specials have to be ordered online. We had to go home to place the order to get the special deals. What a pain..Ugggghhhh

Don’t EVER order anything through their online system because if anything is messed up, they won’t correct it. They use the excuse that they gave no control over their online orders. Spoke to manager and when I asked for the breadsticks I ordered to be delivered, she said she couldn’t because it was through their online system. So much for good customer service. I have run food businesses before and if a customer had a complaint, we made it right no n no after who was at fault. She didn’t even try to negotiate or even offer an apology, just “there’s nothing I can do because it came through the online system. I asked for my bread sticks to be delivered and she said I’d have to pay for them. I mean really, a simple order of breadsticks probably cost a couple bucks to make. I don’t even live a half mile from them, so it would not have cost anything for the gas. Pretty cheap price to pay to keep a customer. Common se de customer service in my opinion. Bad reviews spread a lot faster than good ones. Especially in a small town.

I got a 10 in. Pizza tonight and if I wanted dough to eat I would have told them not to cook it. I am not going back again.
We have ordered from this location a lot. The food is just not consistent. Either there isn't a lot of cheese, or the pizza is really greasy. Their cheese bread is usually pretty good though. We have decided to switch to a different place.
Said it'd be 30-40 minutes, which is typical, but in reality took 2 hours to deliver a single pizza.
