I ordered a large three toppings pizza to be delivered ($18.23). When it was delivered, I paid $18.23+tip. On my paypal account they charged me an additional $49.23 for Doordash. I called the Manager at Papa Johns on East Side, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601 and asked for his name three times. He hung up on me and the store would not answer my call again.My advice is do not order from Papa Johns on East Side, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. They are not honest or professional. You cannot trust them. The Manager does not care about their customers.
Pizza is dry bacon and pepperoni taste like it was left out at room temperature for several hours before it was used to be cooked on my pizza.
Two Valentine's days in a row messed up. Need to be more focused on customer service and getting orders correct instead of hollering and listening to music so loud they can't hear on the phone or when a customer walks in.
Three strikes and your out. I’ll drive across town before I order another pizza from this location. Never have, out of 3 orders, gotten a pizza that was correct. Missing toppings, pizza was way over cooked one time. 2nd time all the toppings were in the center and paid for extra butter cups that weren’t received. Lastly, the 3rd strike came today. Asked for extra toppings and there wasn’t any of that topping, along with extra butter cups paid for and not received. So. Good Luck, I wish you well, but you have lost my business. If you’re not from KSU, don’t order from here.
I ordered over the phone for carry out. When I arrived I immediately spotted my order on their “ready” shelf and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to address me as I waited there at the counter. Yea I know, 10 minutes isn’t that long, but it is when your food is ready to go and literally nobody is paying attention to the counter. And it’s not like they were even swamped. One guy was even walking around not even working just socializing with the other employees. I eventually had to speak up and get someone’s attention so that I could get my pizzas and go. Gave two stars because at least the food was ready when I got there… this wasn’t the first bad experience with this location. Will not be returning to this location.
I ordered a drive through service, the pizza i got was delicious. Their menu is online which makes it even easier to place an order.
I paid 30 for order, order was incorrect, was on fone hold 31 minutes. Tried calling back, they not answer the phone . 3 items missing off my order . Never order again.
I'm not happy. I just spent about $70 on 3 large delivery pizzas & tip. There was almost no sauce, very little cheese, and few toppings. It didn't taste good, either. This place is off my list.
Pretty good pizza. Thick crust, lots of sauce, and the pizza tastes really good. It always takes a while to get the pizza though. Buy an hour before your dinner time if you want the pizza by your dinner time. I would recommend ordering from papa Jhon's
They did not give me garlic butter that I ask for and they did not even cut the cheese bread I ordered
