I know it’s hard these days, help is hard to find. Everyone there is doing there best. But what’s the use of having two lanes when you take mostly out of one. 4 cars went out of one lane before they ever took out of the other. Several left the line. It’s hard in the morning to spend 25-30 minutes waiting to give order. The restaurant is also nasty looking thru the window in the drive thru. Trash sits under the window where it’s been dropped. Just not well taken care of like it was when Joe Gravis had it…
My DIL just got a happy meal for her daughter…the apples are expired, stick and look gross. Then the cheeseburger was smashed all to pieces. When she called to tell them, they asked if she wanted to come get more apples? NO….YOU NEED TO GIVE REFUNDS/FREE MEALS for your incompetence. Expired nasty food makes people SICK.
Absolutely the worse McDonald's I have ever been to. I waited 17 mins for my mobile order to come out and it never did. I had to come in and wait even longer to even explain they never brought my order. So yeah arrived at 3:04 didn't leave until after 3:30 and had to come in for the mobile curbside pick up at 3:17. So they could make the order while I waited longer for it.
Went there today at lunch because my kids have been bugging about happy meals. A bus pulled in right behind us. The employees got swamped by them and the drive thru, and the bus people got pretty nasty towards them. Then the lobby filled and almost every person that came in was super rude to the employees. I feel bad for every single person working there, to be talked to like that should be unacceptable over a hamburger/coffee. I patiently waited until the lobby cleared and my kids ate, then informed them I was missing my coffee and they got it for me right away, even a larger size. I'm disgusted by the way the other customers were acting in there, every one of them should be forced to cook for themselves for the rest of their lives.
Tonight was the third time my husband was insulted by an employee at this restaurant
Took 15 min to go through the drive through. Then they put ice in my Dr pepper when I clearly stated no ice at the menu. I said only cheese and mayo on the burgers and even the receipt said cheese and mayo only and yet they put cheese and ketchup on my burgers! Terrible!
A relatively fast location with consistent food quality. Seems to be running smoothly from a drive thru customer perspective. 5 stars if they start smiling when they take your money (customer service basics), however, I've never had anyone be rude here.
Long lines, cold over cooked food with manager inconsistencies and suspect staff turn over an issue of the Frankfort West side store. In Frankfort if I want a fast burger I chose the East side store (4 stars) which handles requests for fresh orders and completes them without a problem. The order line moves more efficiently and suspect the difference is the manager being more proactive with staff. To tell the truth if I want it as ordered, hot off the grill and fresh, I drive to the Lawrenceburg store. It is 5 stars in comparison considering it's fast food especially with costs increasing. Like many people grabbing a quick meal on the go and maybe my only hot meal of the day.
Very friendly over the intercom. Friendly and fast. I haven't ate a cold item that was suppose to be hot. All in all my go to McDs :)
Sooooooo sllllooooowwwwwwww. Great quality, and sweet people, but it shouldn’t take 17 minutes to get drive-thru at Mickey D’s
