The worst service they were very rude since they took my order and the girl that took the money was in a really bad mood well they took my order and i ask for a bagel and they put a biscuit i didnt notice until i receive my food and i told them they were all mad about making faces and just very rude so and just leave without my food. I wasnt even mad about it i was just telling them it was a mistake and i was going to pay for upgraded but with that attitude u dont even want to eat anymore its no the first time that they act like that i know its a very busy place but theres no excuse for the attitude they always have!!
Just wanted to give a shout out to all the staff serving breakfast. I am there most days and everyone is friendly, helpful and polite. The biscuit and gravy with two sides of gravy is always excellent. Thank you for starting our day with a great breakfast. Mike and Cheryl Cheek

This specific McDonald's is VERY VERY FORGETFUL, SLOW, UNORGANIZED AND SOME Staff have been rude! 3 separate occasions after relocating to Frankfort. This store failed to bring the Correct order to the Car on the First Occasion, Next Day they did not bring out the Drinks or Fries and seemed to be argumentative when I pulled back thru the drive thru! Next morning my big breakfast with hotcakes was without hotcakes. Orange juice was a small instead of Large and they did not even put the biscuits and gravy in the order, All of these orders were made thru the App for McDonald's if you're wondering. I have wiped my hands of this store at 310 Versailles Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601

I've been to this McDonalds for the last time. They haven't gotten an order right in the last 3 years. Today they forgot half my order after a woman with one tooth came out and said it was made fresh, but was stone cold. Better places to eat anyhow, good riddance.
Every dam morning they open at 5 am except every dam morning ? at 5 to 6 they say they have technical difficulties and not opened it's 540 on a Monday just moved here and my son is level 3 autistic and has a routine and have to drive a county over about everyday . I don't complain but yall need to stop saying your opened take 10 to just say the same line you use almost everyday . It's not big deal to most parents but if your a autism mother you will understand why this makes my day hell
Good all around. I travel the country for work and rate a place by the visit to McDonald's. I worked in that system for year and know what is expected. Great visit.
If you choose curbside at this location be prepared to starve to death while waiting and then give up and go to the drive through when you get the 'Order complete, thanks for coming' email. Just to have no one know where your paid order is or what it even was. And then for the manager to call you a liar and say you never got the order done email and sat that long in curbside side. So you then show them the said email that you were accused of "lying" about. I waited another 25 minutes to even get food.. I was here over an hour for an online order.. when I arrived home the order wasn't even right...This location ain't it. The people are rude. The foods always wrong and you are just told oh well. I'm looking forward to never coming here again. It's not worth the headache to deal with.
Usually this McDonald's is fine by fast food standards, hardly gets things wrong, fairly speedy, etc., but today was a big disappointment. I made a mobile order, and it came out really fast and the crew member that brought it out was nice, but when I got home I realized they'd left off the happy meal I'd ordered. No big deal, I figured I could just call up there and get a refund real quick and be done with it. Nope! I called up there several times and got hung up on every single time, nobody ever answered. I used to work in fast food, so I understand it can get really hectic in there sometimes, but come on y'all, it should not ever be this hard to get ahold of someone.
