Coffee & Tea Latin American

Visited with another couple on a Saturday evening. We were seated quickly and received excellent service through the evening. Our meals arrived at the table in a timely manner plentiful and hot. Drinks were kept filled. I enjoyed the Honduran twist on items and tried some things you don't ordinarily find at the typical Mexican or Tex Mex restaurant. Plan on returning. The only drawback was it was a little hot inside, but to be fair it was about 95° outside.

Great food and great service! I had the grilled chicken breast and it was crazy good! The chicken breast was super thin and cooked to perfection. I forget the name of the yellow sauce it was covered in, but I loved it! This is our new favorite spot when running the Elkhorn ?

Fantastic food and service! Special salsa has some serious heat! Totally worth the heat too! Real home made food! Real and lovely people!

A hidden treasure, literally and figuratively. Frankfort's finest. Amazingly prepared Latin American food in the Honduran style. The menu is descriptive and includes a Honduran specialties section which I love, as I want to try the local dishes of varying cultures. Finish it off with imported coffee from the family farm.

Met a group of friends for a reunion of sorts. Our server was very attentive to refills/drinks and making sure we were taken care of without rushing the service. We spent 2 1/2 hours there catching up. The food was very generously proportioned and delicious! I ordered the Grilled Chicken entrée that included these amazing fried plantains. Will def be back!

We asked our tour guide (Josh) at Buffalo Trace what he liked nearby for lunch, and this was the place he mentioned. I had seen the sign for it before our tour and was already intrigued since I'd never had Honduran food before, so that sealed the deal. We had enchiladas and the garlic shrimp and iced coffee, and everything was great. Well ok the iced tea was truly terrible - lol. But, they switched it for a pepsi and that was the only issue whatsoever. The garlic shrimp packed a wonderful garlic punch, and everything was fresh, delicious and filling. Do not be intimidated if you are not familiar with Honduran food - the menu has great descriptions and photos. They also give a portion of their profits to Honduran children's charities. You will be fed wonderful food and feel truly good about it! Thanks Josh and Thank you Mami!

Great flavors and great selection! Very relaxing atmosphere and family friendly. Highly recommend!

Came for lunch - everything was so flavorful and delicious! I had the pork carnitas plate with rice & beans and cabbage (which was recommended by our waitress). We also shared a side of tostones as an appetizer. The mojito was one of the best I have ever had. Will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Very clean establishment. Service was fast and friendly. I really enjoyed my meal and appetizer. One of my sides was a little bland, but it may have only been so in comparison to the entree and other sides vivid flavors.I recommend trying them if you haven’t already. I know I will be back to sample more of their dishes.

Wanted to try something new and read somewhere that their club was pretty good. It was! Even better was the sweet potato fries. I got them both to go. They came out piping hot and delicious. I'll go again next time I'm tooling around in Frankfort.
