Hit or miss.. editing... I'm not sure this place will ever get back on track. Lights haven't been on since covid started. Place closes sometime between 5pm and 9pm. Never know exactly when. Never seen a business embrace bad times so they can continue to be lazy

I stopped at the Versailles road location at 6:25 PM on Thursday November 11th to get food to take to work for five of us, and walked inside to order since there were six cars in the drive-through. As I entered a male voice said “No inside orders, drive through only”. I said “Are you telling me you don’t want my $20-30 order?”. He said again “No inside orders, drive-through is open”. Never said sorry, never said “sir”, no customer service attitude at all. Whoever that young man is, he needs some SERIOUS training on how to treat his customers! I’ll be talking to corporate HQ about this one.
Chicken was old. Dry and greasy tasting. Food seemed to have been seating for a long time under heat. Wouldn't have expected this at 1:40pm in the afternoon
We stopped by here for some popcorn chicken and french fries. Just a snack to Titus over. I have not eaten KFC french fries any long time, and their new ones are different to me. I surprisingly liked them a lot. I missed the potato wedges, but these are a nice change of pace relative to other fast food french fries. The popcorn chicken is okay. Nothing special. That is mostly my experience with KFC. Their food is okay, but when I really want chicken I prefer to go somewhere else. This isn't bad though if you need something that is quick and convenient.
Fast service. Good classic chicken sandwich.
