I use to ride 30 miles away to enjoy these sandwiches. And honestly they are not as good as they were. 10 year's ago. Staff are preprogrammed and fake acting. I come from a sandwich utopia called Philadelphia and, it's not just a sandwich but it's the experience of it and the sounds of good ingredients being the drums! I'm home sick now ? do better! Jmjs. Our Indian community in Philly will assist and see it through. All 2 sandwiches were given a home ?

It was awful we got four sandwiches they was all cold but suppose to have been hot they was alsowrong and barley had any meat or toppings mainly just bread ... only less than half a mile away from restraunt and took an hour to get food delivered.

Good sandwiches and fast service! But the prices can be a little high! That is the only problem
I have never had a problem with this particular Jimmy Johns until recently when I ordered a sandwich and it never got delivered. Checked our security cams and everything no one ever came to our house and then when asking for a refund they said I could have store credit issued but not a full refund. Then finally said they would give me a refund after hanging up the phone. On the next day I checked my bank account and there was a double charge for the same sandwich I never received. I called the restaurant back and they said that I would need to handle this with my credit card or banking company as they could not issue a refund but could only issue store credit. I called my banking company and they are disputing it. Poor service to a loyal customer.
