I ordered a Hand- breaded chicken sandwich meal. I waited a while, then finally here comes my meal!! Got it home to eat....Opened the box and I got a cold grilled chicken sandwich..cold fries and watered down drink.....won't be going back there...I've learned the hard way to ALWAYS check my order before I leave...
The service was wonderful. The food was delicious. The dining room and restrooms were clean.
M so I have to say this is the second time this week that I have showed up to Hardee's and they have been closed early and online it says they're open the first time they let me call in and order and I showed up to get it and they were gone this time they just are closed and it was 10:25 when I've got there and it says they're open until 11:00 so whoever does their website times might want to update it so they can stop having people come there for no reason because I don't appreciate me bringing my children out my husband works he gets off around 11:00 sometimes 12:00 and sometimes me having a three year old and a 7-month-old and being pregnant again I don't want to cook so it would be nice if you could update your times or at least have some courtesy for your customers to let them know that you're not going to stay open like your website says or like your time say. And just want to say this never happened until the manager that was working nights was let go over a dispute with the little girl and that's what she was was a little girl who calls problems and you think that they would have took the manager that they had who was good at his job and made sure that they were always open they never were closed early and they pretty much were on point with their food but since he's been gone they've went to hell
Food to high and there food is not any good and you can't go in to eat
Store wasn’t clean, needs updating, food wasn’t all that great for the price.
If I could give you all zero stars I would every night when I get off work you all are closed at 7:30 8 o’clock every night ridiculous work
Had the mushroom swiss burger. It was really good. My trip through the drive-thru was quick and the staff were very friendly and pleasant.
Love love love breakfast here but hate that its drive thur only...
I stop by for breakfast at this particular Hardee’s in Frankfort periodically on my way into work. I don’t know the name of the kid who’s been working the window the last couple of months or so in the mornings, but he is phenomenal. Always friendly, courteous, checks the food in the bag and repeats it to you as he’s handing you the bag.
Wanna give a big shout out to Myson that works the window. Everytime I got threw there he always has such a friendly attitude and very polite. Never fails to have a smileing face ..he definitely needs to be recognized for employee of the month! Way to go keep up the great work!!
