Fazolis is my daughter's favorite. We ordered the family dinner- A large Alfredo, large Spaghetti, and large Pepperoni pizza with a huge Lemonade. It was alright I guess.... It tasted good but for some reason didn't agree with our bellies!
The Frankfort Fazoli’s is a great place for very good fast food Italian. The Senior meals are just the right size & price. Their bread Stix are AWESOME. The Staff is Friendly & Efficient. Especially Vanessa. I would recommend stopping in for a visit. Tell them Terry recommended them.
We love Fazoli’s! It’s a great family place and a great dinner for cheap. Mathew at Store #1784 was wonderful! He was attentive and kind to our son. He took pride in his work. It was nice to see a young man working so hard and loving his job!
I think you get a good value for the money. I went to the drive through. I asked for extra sauce and bread. It was not very busy. My order was complete and filled promptly. The staff was courteous and friendly. I recommend this store and will go back.
Dixie was just the best! She helped myself and family while dining in at your restaurant. You all should give her a raise, she was very kind and makes us want to come back and dine at Fazoli's I'm Frankfort very soon!
My family and I come to Fazoli's every week and usually twice a week. The friendly and helpful staff make us feel welcome and special. Kai is a great example of a young man with a commendable work ethic who is dependable and friendly.
The last 2 times I’ve been they’ve not put chicken like I’ve asked on the salad. This time They gave me a whole bag of breadsticks when I only asked for 6 extra because they were hard and wanted to get rid of them they don’t even taste like they have anything on them they’re super old my little boy wasn’t happy. They put old hard chicken on my salad, and gave me French dressing instead of ranch like I asked for.
It was more like a faster, cheaper Olive Garden. Down to the food delivery at the table and freshly grated parmesan cheese offered. The food was great tasting and more than enough for the money paid.
The outside of the building was very dark (we weren't even sure it was open at first) and they were out of meatballs. I assume this was supply chain problems combined with it being a holiday weekend, but I still had to order three menu items before I found one that the meatball shortage didn't affect. :(
Great food and quick delivery! Not had fazolis in awhile and it really hit the spot. Ordered it through ActiveMenus which I had never done before but was super easy to figure out
