Placed an order on line for carryout. Drove across town to pick it up. Store is locked. Called store as I could see 3 employees inside. Placed on hold for 3 minutes. When they answered said an order never came over from my number. Explained I ordered on line Told me to hold on I was sitting in front of the store in plain view and no one ever came back to the phone after 15 minutes. Rude rude awful customer service.No more Dominoes for our family.
I just called this store, told them i had a new number and the order i was calling about was under my old number. When i previously ordered from this store my order was canceled and i was told that id received a credit because of that. I now have a new number, I tried giving them my new number but they needed my old one to pull up my previous order. They said the driver came an tried to call(they didn’t put my new number on the order) so the driver was calling my old number. They said a individual who speaks another language answered. The hotels front desk said no delivery person entered the building, an the manager said the driver didn’t enter the building. But accused me of playing when the driver didn’t even knock on the room door.
I ordered online tonight. Everything was cold, wings had absolutely no sauce on them. I instantly called and told them what I thought. I was not the nicest person as I also cook for a living and would never let this happen. The pizza literally had to be scraped from the box. It took about 45 minutes to get my new order, mind you it's Friday night, so not bad. Replacement was spot on. Everything was great. Mainly writing this to apologize to the manager that I was absolutely rude with. Would have been great the first time but yall made it right. I'll still be ordering from yall.
Cheapest, fastest, more value for your money on the east side of Frankfort. My family would rather have dominoes over anything else.
location and order was not correct. Called told him that the order was not correct and they refused to do anything about it and said they were too busy to worry about it. I asked to speak to the manager and got hung up on. I called back and ask for the manager again and again got hung up on. After the third phone attempts I got hung up on I was a little irritated at this point and drove down to their location . The manager stated he was too busy to refund my purchase. I asked
I haven't ordered Domino's during the pandemic but before Covid I found the Grandview Dr store to consistently be professional, fast, courteous and accurate. They were my go to food delivery source because of this.
Always been one of my favorite piazza places and no matter what city I go to, if there is a dominos they will always be my first choice.
This place had me upset at first, they delivered a burnt pizza, we tried to go that night and get it fixed bit they was closing. The employee had an attitude at first, but the next day the manager made it more than right, with no questions asked... This is the first and only time I had seen this from this place. They do good all the other times on my food. This one is still my favorite in town...
Delivery person was vert polite and courteous but the serving of the pasta bowls are pitiful. They were not even half full. Shame on Dominos
