I am guessing the food will be as good as any other DQ. Unfortunately, after waiting in the view of the 4 workers at the time, none of them even said "Will be with you in a minute". We asked again if there was someone to wait on us .... no answer. Bad business, bad training .... There are other DQ not too far. As for this one wont be getting my business. Your loss.
My mom went there and ordered 2 cookie dough blizzards and a rocky road blizzard. They were out of rocky road (which I don’t understand because they just blend together ingredients with vanilla ice cream) so she got a chocolate extreme instead. They handed her runny blizzards with no lids and no cup tray. When she got home, we discovered they handed her peanut butter blizzards instead of cookie dough. Not going back there.
Came in, ordered food, got the drinks. No ice in the drink machine at all, pennies in the bottom of the drink machine trough. Employee locked door behind us at 6pm. Manager got onto her and she was told to leave. Got the food and it was cold, not only was it cold but the amount of food was smaller than other Dairy Queen’s. Customers behind us complained about their food being cold, and they microwaved it. The customer said “don’t worry about nuking it”. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
Just ordered 2 banana splits and they were so disgusting that we couldn’t even eat them. Not to mention they looked like slop.
This is the worst dairy queen I've been to! I ordered a blizzard and it was completely melted and liquid. When I asked them to remake it I waited over 20 mins and there was no one else at the restaurant!! Worst customer service
My drinks tasted horrible , the bread in my chicken basket was so hard I couldn’t even break it in half, as well as my cheeseburger I order plain w/cheese and mayo , worker said “did you say cheese and ketchup?” I said no , “cheese and mayo only.” I get home and my cheeseburger has cheese and mayo on it but as well very noticeable the ketchup that was attempted to be ‘wiped off’ my sandwich on the bun. The effort was really sad !
Slowest fast food restaurant ever. Worse than steak and shake lol. Took about 20 min from time I ordered to get food!
Absolutely horrible! Starting pay now 12 an hour. Still don’t get orders right. Need to worry more about getting the order right instead of what time you are going home. Tried to call 3 times no answer. Avoid this place…it’s a joke!
It was pretty terrible for a while but I'm pretty sure they underwent a management change and now its much better than before.
For everyone that doesn't know the dairy Queen out on Versailles road will be closing at 8:00 until further notice you won't know this until you drive all the way there and then you read the sign in the Drive-Thru on the speaker because they have failed to post this on their website so thanks for having me get my 3-year-old and my newborn baby out in the car to drive all the way to here to find out your clothes because your website says that you're open
