Always out of multiple things- once I ordered a month ago it was burgers, next time chicken, this time no forks, no salad dressing except fat free Italian. WTH I’m scared to order again- if it wasn’t for blizzards I’d never come here. Got side salad it was two pieces of lettuce that go on a sandwich. This place needs an overhaul of improvements. I can’t imagine how much money they lose a day just because they are out of nearly everything on the menu everyday.

West side 1219 addressWaited 20 minutes in drive thru line only to find out they had no bananas to make a banana split, tried to order Reese's pieces blizzard that was on menu and they said they didn't carry that anymore. No way to get out of the line at this point so had to wait another 15 minutes to get through the line to get out of the restaurant parking lot. I asked if we could be compensated a drink since we just waited for 35 minutes in line for absolutely nothing. Manager was rude and pretty much said sorry about your luck!
Really wish I could give 0 stars at this point. Now the 4th time in a row that I have came to this location and not been served at all due to what I can only understand as sheer laziness. How are you open til a specific time but then stop serving food 2 hours before? Just got told they're closed when they're aren't. Had several employees cars there. Don't even know why it's even in business at this point
Management here has to terrible. This isn't the first time this has happened but the first time I'm reviewing about it. This location is CONSTANTLY out of stuff.... including cups. They open late... ( I go to work at 8:30) and close early. (My son works night shift and has to be there at 10pm).The only good thing about this location is the personal at the drive up window..... when they're there. Super disappointed in whatever Management issue they have there, it needs to be fixed.
They need to add business hours on google … they close whenever they feel like it
Drive thru......order was short on fries , very few. Could almost count on one hand.. Missing toast and only received 4 tenders vice 6. Ordered 2- 6 pc chicken tender dinners. Greeter at window was okay.
The drive in was nice, you pull up, order, pay, then get your order. Simple and easy, the staff there are also friendly and make you feel welcomed!
I love DQ but was disappointed with the one in Warsaw, Ky. The night we went, we were in the drive through and when we finally got to the microphone, they told us they were out of ICE ?????????? ?????

Intranet said the open at 7am but I waited to 717 because I wanted biscuits and gravy and no one ever showed up....
