First the good. Breakfast sandwich was perfect as was the hash brown casserole. My server, Olivia, was awesome. Very attentive and professional. Only negatives were the decaf coffee is awful and when I pulled the chair out to sit down it was sticky on my hand and the floor. They could probably use a goodcleaning instead of just a quick wipe. Still, I would come back.
Not my best visit, then again it was mother's day and busy, busy, busy.Waited at least 45 minutes for my meal to arrive at table. The pot roast over cooked, the fried cornbread barely warm , rest of the food was fine.Never got offered any refills on drinks.Noticed many other tables waiting long periods of time before their food arrived also. An elderly couple near me waited over an hour. I was surprised they didn't get up and leave. They also were not offered any drink refills.There may have been a staff shortage that day as a reason for extended wait time or just extra crowd.Definitely need more staff.I will probably go back but not on a special day.

We had a great time tonight! We arrived late and while our first choice for food was not available, what we did have to eat was great and plentiful! Our waitress, Sarah, was great as well and kept our drinks filled and even sent home biscuits with us as they were getting rid of them! When we asked for Cokes to go, she brought us large, big cups with the Cokes in them! GREAT! :-)
It's Cracker Barrel so that speaks for itself. I actually work at this location great food, great people. And even a great place to work believe it or not. I have worked here for about 18 months and love it and still not even tired of the food or the people here. Great place all around.
Our waiter was Herbert and he was very attentive and overall did a great job. Thanks to the other wait staff that assisted. Felt like everyone helped each other succeed all over. Great job Cracker barrel!

We enjoyed a delicious meal and our server, Jquan, was great!! Thank you! We dined on a Tuesday evening and were seated right away. Our host was so nice and so was the cashier. We didn't have any time to browse the store but they had some gorgeous clothing and gift items there. When in the area we will stop in again.
You know what you're getting here when you're coming. I don't eat here very often so I didn't know what to get and I just told My waitress what I wanted and she did her best to accommodate that. So I can appreciate it. I'd say we took a little bit too long to wait but we were hungry and the end result was we were full.
Food great as always! However I need to speak to our server, Beckie. She was fabulous, they were very busy on this visit but she was very friendly, yet professional. She made this visit truly memorable.
