Good service good food just one of my places I'd like to go..
A friend had this delivered to us after I had a recent surgery. I thought they were still closed. It's been so long since I've been to a Chili's I had no clue what to tell her to order. We didn't want to hit her pocket book too hard and decided on the 3 for $10.99 special. My wife and I both ordered the ceasar Salad for appetizer, cajun chicken pasta for entree, and BlackBerry iced tea for drink. Now we've been to Italy and we make our own pasta and sauces from scratch so we're kinda pasta snobs. Was it as good as ours or what we had in florence, no. But we were both happily surprised that the Cajun Chicken Paata was very tasty and good. Pasta was perfectly al dente, which is great for a chain restaurant. Sauce was tasty, and though I could have used a little bit more, there was enough to cover all the pasta and chicken. Only thing missing was my parmesano reggiano, good thing it was delivery! The BlackBerry iced tea is terrific! A little sweet, but very good on the palate. The bad news was the ceasar salad, give em a B+ for effort, but just kinda sad. Next time I'll pay the extra $3 and upgrade to the southwest egg rolls. Overall this is a winner and I'll definitely order out again here.
I wish there was half a star!! The customer service at this location is beyond terrible. I have given them at least 4 chances for decent service BUT they fail EACH TIME! It's like they want to go out of business. I call in to place an order and without fail they leave me on hold EVERY TIME for no less than 8 minutes. If I get a manage and they take my order, it's a rarity. They get no more of my money and I encourage you to think twice about such POOR customer service!! I actually love their food but not enough to tolerate the POOR customer service ANY LONGER!!!
Not happy. Our server was great but the hostess and bartender looked and acted miserable. We wanted to sit in the bar area to be able to watch basketball but the bartender refused to accept any new customers. She only had 1 bar customer and 3 tables. 4 of her tables were still dirty from customers that left and there were many clean. That said, or food was good and our server who was very exhausted was still above excellent!
All the food was delicious. I must mention my Steak it was tender and perfect. The waitress though seemed uninterested. But overall the place itself was great.
When we waked through the door one waitress yelled out don't put them in my section with an attitude. The waitress we did have was nice but dry. The food was not worth the money.
Good service. Food was hot and fresh. Sat in bar area. Anytime we have had issues at Chili's the manager on duty has always been more than happy to deal with any concerns we had. Always recommend this location to people.
The team work between management and employee's is awesome this enables customers get served quick and on time. The restaurant tables are cleaned after every services.
waitress was very very nice and interactive vocally with customers and always had a smile on her face. food was amazing, I love getting nachos with just the cheese & jalapenos, so good
Good food. Cold air blowing instead of heat when the temperature is frigid outside. Not a very enjoyable meal when you have to keep your coat on.
