Been here numerous times. I’m a frequent flier. Over the last few months the service has been terrible. Dine in wait time for food are beyond 15 minutes. I’ve waited 16 minutes and 20 minutes the past two visits. When you drive there for a lunch hour and don’t have time to get your food and get back, it’s a problem. Not sure what’s going on but someone needs to correct it.
It was busy,but we got good service and food on time.We were satisfied and will go back.

I have no issues with the restaurant or it's food. However my experience was very poor with the man at the window at 2:00 p.m. this afternoon. Some people pride themselves on being totally non-responsive when you speak to them or thank them. I know it's hard to find help these days, but this gentleman will likely spend a lifetime serving fast food at a drive-through.?
The last time I went to Captain Ds was in Mississippi, and I wasn't disappointed at this one in Kentucky. The food was great, and the service was top notch.
This review is a shout out to Robert! Wow where can I start. Maybe with, this guy is phenomenal! Always has a positive attitude, eager to help, and so much more. I've never been there and his attitude be any different. Robert is true through and through. Look foward to revisiting soon!
Sat at drive thru window 20 minutes. Guy at window was on his phone. My food was ready immediately, had to wait on my husband's which was exactly the same thing. Needless to say my food was cold. CD greasy fried fish. Yuck
The older man at the drive thru was really nice and plenty. and really friendly he does a really good job.
My wife and I pretty much eat here every couple of weeks we quit for a while due to Quality and fish being cut down too small for what you pay my complaint was I got a fish sandwich that showed a jar of tartar sauce it look like poured in a bun I'll show this to management and got a replacement I've ordered a tilapia meal no bread customer too much spice put on tilapia meal when I told them none at all quality three stars food has been shortened and the price still goes up I think if price goes up and you're paying more you should get more or get a better product management team is good four stars I think the products should be evaluated to see the size and the portions compare to price
Cold fish. So much tartar sauce on the bun it would not hold together. Just nasty
