We got 2 steak biscuits and 2 ham biscuits Wednesday before 10 a.m. Didn't check them in car. When he got home 3 out of 4 biscuits were almost burned and ham tasted like it wasn't fresh. One biscuit must have been out of new pan. Tried to slice some of tops off to eat. Steak also tasted like it was put back in fryer and reheated but not fresh. Too overcooked like ham. I know Bojangles is CHICKEN but if you offer other meat, couldn't it also be good? If not, take it off menu. Had a 12-piece messed up last week. Manager says he'll make that good. WE LOVE BOJANGLES. I hope things can be straightened out in this restaurant. Bad experience today.

My wife and I just love Bojangles, we really like the breakfast menu. Myself I love the 3 piece with two thighs and a legs with two sides for my dinner. How ever we don’t know why they stopped serving the country style chicken tenders, my wife can’t handle the Cajun spice tenders. So I’m the only one that can eat dinner there. Please bring back the country style tenders
Went through the drive-thru today, ordered 3 piece tender meal, 2 white milks, and 2 steak and egg biscuits. Was told tenders would be 5 minutes and asked to pull to spot #1, waited almost 15 before heading inside. Once inside, the manager told me it would be a few minutes when I asked for a refund. I apparently had watched the manager give our order to another car. Instead of offering to remake the food or to prepare the food, he decided my 2 kids in the car hadn't waited long enough. He never apologized and took another 15 minutes to refund my money.
I don’t recommend EVER going to this location! I’ve had the worst experience with them! Yesterday, I went there ordered a 4 piece chicken tender combo! The tenders were hard as hell && the meat tasted spoiled! I went back to get a refund and the manager wasn’t able to process a refund so I made an agreement that I would come back for a replacement meal during my stay in this city. I returned today and explained the situation which the manager Anthony never came to the window to speak with me. The guy that I was speaking with was rolling his eyes and had a nonchalant attitude. When I open my food the ranch cup was busted the fries were cold and tenders still incorrect after he insisted they were fresh ! THIS IS THE WORST BOJANGLES IN HISTORY ! && I will be following up with corporate.
Very disappointed!!! I rarely ever eat fast food so when I do I want fresh hot fries. Not the hard, hollow, cold fries I got tonight. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and was told it would be at least 8 mins, then my sons ordered combos and we were told they were out of biscuits, they could make more but would be 30+mins. My sons did not get the dipping sauces they ordered and several other things that weren't as aggravating as what I've listed. Very disappointed in my $26.00 value!
If I could leave zero stars I would!! Last year I went to Bojangles drive thru and ordered 2 steak biscuits and two potato's and they ask us to pull up and they'd bring it out when it was ready so we waited at least 10 mins thinking they were making it fresh and that wasn't the case. The steak was barely Luke warm and potato was a little warmer. So I went inside and ask the manager for hot food and In return I was talked to very rudely and the manager got in my face yelling at me to the point that I didn't feel safe. He threw me out of the restaurant accusing me of trying to get free food,and when I tried to give the other food back he said he couldn't take it back because of covid. So I come home and called corporate and they wouldn't even apologize so I hung up and didn't go back until today and once again I was giving Luke warm food. I honestly don't know how your doors stay open! I will never give them another chance period!! I have never had a problem paying for my food so free food wasnt what it was about,it was about getting a good product that you pay for!! So good riddens and you're one place that I hope shuts down!!
Service was friendly and accommodating, I asked for fresh chicken, they said no problem but it would take a minimum of 15 minutes, which it took a lil longer.. no big deal for fresh Bojangles right, well when they brought it to me it was so OVER COOKED when you picked it up it crumbles ?? took away the flavor
Always great food, that's why I go. Issues I had was I ordered family meal just like the four cars in front of me. I had to wait awhile. A lot of restaurants are struggling with manpower right now so I understand the wait. The staff also understood and were very courteous. Even when they had hateful customers before me. I'll be going back definitely
Got stuck in traffic and decided to get off and enjoy me some of the best fries that's ever been served! Give me an order of picnic fries with a sweet tea to go please. Made me forget about the traffic jam! ?
