Had to wait to eat after a concert as I recently had both hips replaced & didn't want to have to get up anytime during the show. Thank God for White Castle or we would've had no food for several hours, then a 2 hour drive home before we could eat.Not only were they open & busy, but friendly & served-up hot fresh food that we relished. THANK YOU WHITE CASTLE!!

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. I understand there's a staffing shortage. But the weight was ridiculous. And as you're sitting there waiting for your food you see people throwing pickles at each other. While the drive-thru is completely wrapped around the building all the way to the street blocking the Main Street. Once you got your food it wasn't even hot or fresh. The mozzarella cheese sticks did not even stretch it all. It was solid cheese. And the only reason I give it the three stars is because it was at midnight and I was absolutely starving and when I finally got my food it was the poorest quality period a blind squirrel probably could have made that drive through move faster than those employees did

will not be attending here again. The employees where being extremely rude. I waited 15 min for my food when they’re were no cars in line. The food was very greasy and not fresh. I went back and they refused to give me a refund. Overall bad experience, I don’t recommend this place if ur looking for good service.

Evening of 3/18 100% of my drive thru order (fish instead of Shrimp and a slider with lettuce but instead ...nothing..even when explaining that i wanted everything on it...got nothing) all the order was incorrect, mean customer service and non-edible and 3/17 late....again waited over 30 minutes and very rude, nasty and when I asked for lettuce and tomato = quarter size...the tiniest of a miniature bit of nothing...purposeful-ugliness ...nasty place. I can't believe they are so thoughtless and mean. Never again!

I arrived to pick up a GrubHub delivery and I had high hopes this White Castle would be faster than all the other local restaurants because the cars in front of me moved really quickly, then when I made it to the drive-thru window, I could see several employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off and I waited 15 minutes for the order at the window. I understand restaurants that are short on employees but they clearly have people in their working and they took their sweet time.

Good food but staff was rude just because I asked for Zesty Sauce. They were laughing at one another & I interrupted. Oh my....it's work, customers #1!

Came through at 12:40 Place was dead and I ordered a good amount of food and everything was super fresh. Both crew at the window were awesome. 10/10

Went to WhiteCastle at 10:15 pm and the lobby was locked up, when the sign clearly states closes at 11:00pm. Asked what was going on and the GM said they closed up early. I didn’t know it was one man’s decision to shortchange the company out of a $50 order because he was to worried about going home early. Will definitely be taking this to Full Karen Mode.

First off, it’s absolutely filthy inside. I think they mopped the floors with fry grease. The food was horrible. It was the hundredth year of White Castle when I went. I believe it was also the hundredth anniversary of the oil that the fries were cooked in. I also made the mistake of using the bathroom. It was disgusting and the toilet paper was so thin I had to use approximately 14 cubits to get the job done. The aftermath of eating here was terrible as well. Do not go here unless you are prepping for a colonoscopy.

We stopped in at night to get some food and there was a bit of a line. The dining room lights were off, but there was a "dining room closed" sign up and an open sign on, so we waited for a bit. The wait got too long and we drove around the building only to find out that the kitchen was empty. We drove around and told people they were closed and the lady at the front of the line said an order was taken in front of her. So the employees took one last order and instead of notifying people that they were closing for the night, they just bailed out the back and left people hanging.
