Just went through drive thru and ordered a Large Vanilla Frosty Chinno. Lady in drive thru admitted it was made incorrectly. It was warm. What does she do? Puts it into an XL regular Wendy's cup and just adds ice to. Any idea what it tastes like? Watered down warm coffee? Try to walk into see if I can get one made correctly and the have to doors locked. I'm pretty sure the lady in drive thru was a manager as well. Last few times thru drive thru has been horrible. It is sadly going down hill quickly.
We only ordered 2 baconater fries which should have been pretty easy but what we got were cold fries with burnt bacon pieces on top of a little bit of cheese. I'm going to give this place some credit and say that hopefully the poor quality of the food was due to it being late at night and close to closing time but with that being said it shouldn't matter what time one orders food the same quality should always be upheld. If you hand out food that should be thrown away simply because it's late then you run the risk of losing customers. I for one feel like spending the few minutes it takes to make fresh fries and bacon would have been worth it in order to keep a customer because now I will know not to go here if it's close to closing and I want food that is actually edible.
I never had an issue with this wendy until now. . All I wanted to order was a Strawbery lemonade and an order of chicken nuggets. The guy in the drive-through kept on talking while taking my order. I said I want a strawberry lemonade and 10-piece with no sauce and that's all I want. He said what sauce do you want? I said again I don’t want any sauce. All I want is the lemonade and chicken nuggets and he said “that’s what I just said”. I just got frustrated and drove off. Can you please have you workers pay attention and not carry on a conversation with their coworkers while taking orders. Thanks.
Drive through is always empty. They served me some fries with my breakfast meal that tasted like they were dipped in cold grease. Awful! Ruined my breakfast!
On the way home from the park the kids were hungry they played so hard so we traveled to Wendy's for a bite to eat.Then off home to get ready for bed so we will be freshly rested for a big day in school tomorrow.We had fun they said as they drifted off to sleep.good nite?
Do not eat at this location. I fed my family here yesterday and 4 out of 6 of us are sick. I have kids throwing up/pooping their pants and a boyfriend who has been throwing up since getting home from work. I was also just told someone I know her brother in law got sick from the Hebron location. food poisoning or they are letting people work sick.
At 12:24 AM this morning I decided to run to Wendy’s before they close. 10 minutes later I’m back at home with two large Dave’s single combos, and three deluxe jr. Cheeseburgers.I am impressed. Thank you Wendy’s night shift of 2/16/22
Get a new person taking orders at the drive thru. She was an absolute delight. If you hate your job that much go work somewhere else. Everyone is hiring.
Food was good but our fries were half way full. Our order was incorrect did not notice until we drove off. Also the lady in the drive thru was not happy to help anyone. Extremely rude after I let her know we were missing a drink. Then slammed the window as if I was bothering her. These actions should be addressed by manager. Will not return to this location in the future.
My food was really good, it was honestly the best Wendy's I've had in forever. However, whoever was running the drive thru tonight on New Year's Eve at around 9pm needs to not have an attitude with the customers for no reason at all. It's not the customers fault that you have to work on a holiday girl I'm just hungry. She literally rolled her eyes at us when we said thank you.
