I’m gonna give 5 stars. The reason is because every empty table was stacked with dishes. And there was a skeletal staff all unprepared and running their butts off.I didn’t even bother sticking around. As a former restaurant manager I know I was walking into a train wreck.But hey. It’s Waffle House. You know what you’re getting.If you’ve never had it before, stop in. Place looked well kept. It’s just that after the Garth brooks concert, the church crowd and random hungry people overwhelmed them.Even though they were so totally crushed by being short staffed and a large amount of people? They all were busting their behinds to accommodate customers.Good for them.
The waitress last night was horrible worst service ever . She was more worried about getting into the guys pants behinde us . Then getting our food. And the sad thing is they are both married. Our food was cold not cooked right. Worst service we have ever had . Wish I knew her name she told him she was from Oklahoma. Wouldn't recommend
Waffle house cheesy eggs. On the left is what I got. On the right is what I got with a re cook. Made by two different cooks. One male, one female. The female wins hands down. The server shouldn't have even served me the first order and should have had them remade. Some cooks are better than others.
I went in to dine but unfortunately half the place was either closed off or needed to be bussed. So I got it to go. I used to work in waffle house many years ago and back then i was the cook for the shift. So I guess times change because now the cook doesn't handle the grill alone. It wasn't busy but I guess that's how it is. The food was made quick and the server who took my Togo order was very nice. It was also good and filling. No complaints there. I'll go again but I'll probably just keep getting it Togo.
Other than the waitress spending more time with her boyfriend than the customers. Food was quick. Who needs coffee? Obviously I didn't.
Went in in the afternoon round dinner, the cook with the reddish purple hair was awesome! My food was quick, hot, and delicious ??!! Def be going back!!
waited 20 minutes for the server to take my order then she went to another table a passed me up.and I asked if she would take my order and she said just a few more minutes.i wanted to leave but my grand daughter was hungry and didn't want to leave.she finally came over.if course the service was awful
Awesome Experience!! Our Cook/Server Christina was attentive, kind, and prompt with our food. Everything was correct and hot. Very well made. Will make this place a regular dine in experience.
I come to Wafflhouse very frequently in the afternoons to get coffee and talk the guys. Christina and Rose are great ladies that always give us great service and awesome food. ? ?
Always a good time, Waitress was a bit exhausted, I understand staff shortage and lack of work ethic going on in the world today, But the cook was apparently sitting in her truck for couple hours. Waitress did great on my meal tho!
