What can I say about Waffle House that has t already been said? Food is same at every Waffle House. The thing that makes the difference is the staff. The staff here? A+/100% will return again because your staff is fantastic. Quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered every question we tossed her way. Awesome job. It's always cool when you feel like you're eating at a family members or friends home. That was my comfort level at this Waffle house.
Me and my father has been going to this exact location for a little over 2 weeks now every morning. There's one waitress there that I would absolutely choose over any other waitress, the cooks are good. 3 days ago we brought my mother along and it took the waitress long enough to bring out our drinks right before we got out food. The waitress that we had is always so rude and mean. Different cook that day, I ordered a Texas bacon cheesesteak melt no onion and the cook completely forgot to put bacon on the sandwich. I told the waitress and she brought me out bacon to put on my sandwich, not my job. It was already cold. So I asked for it to be re-maid, she goes tell the cook something completely different and brought me out a cheeseburger something I did not order so I asked for it to be taken off the check. She threw a fit about it and walked away for like 6 minutes, we payed and left. Came back the next morning to the same waitress and another non kind waitress. We sit down wait about 8 minutes while those waitresses stand and talk. I look over and see the guy waitress talking to the female waitress and pointing fingers at me and my father and stare at us and talking about us. I asked my father if he wanted to go to the other location but we did not. Male waitress was standing right there while I was talking to my dad telling him I'm not going to go somewhere and give my money where we are getting pointed, starred, and talked about just like that guy waitress did and he did not say a word but get a little rude with us. Never really had any issues at waffle house. If you go to this waffle house make sure you get the young lady as your waitress she's so kind and sweet.
Sadly it has happened. A terrible WH experience. Super poor service all around from the waitress messing up the order (we were the only ones there at 5am) to the cook who could only cook one thing at a time. He even took the trash out and did not wash his hands afterwards but he did put on gloves. I will go to WH again but not this location ever again. ?
Food and customer were beyond expectations!!??In spite of being short staffed and having to deal with rude customers, the ladies took wonderful care of my daughter and I. They got our food done quickly and made sure we had everything we needed as we headed out with our to-go order??? Love a good greasy spoon when I'm in the mood and too many years have gone by without some "smothered and covered" hashbrowns!!hash rows!!!??Thanks ladies!! Hope your night went well!! Place is functioning on 2 employees working serving 1/2 the place, with the other half closed. Good food, friendly service. I little slow, but understandably. Thanks Florence WH Crew!!
The server keep nodding off. It took 20 mins to get a table. she took our drink order, then went and cleaned a table off and the bar and started nodding off, then she went over to the sink to start dishes only to nod off again, she did not bring us our drink after sitting at our table for 10 mins. So we left and went to the Waffle House on US42 much cleaner store, much better service, and much better server!!;
The cook was kicking azz and the entire staff was excellent and took great care of all of the Christmas morning diners. Thank you for a great breakfast!
Older waitress in there tonight was super rude and disrespectful. As soon as she seen a group pulling in she started ranting about they had to leave. Then they came in and she was telling them they were full, they were. It is how she was saying it and treating the customers. Then another group came in, she got worse. She gave them a piece of paper and told them she would text, but no pen. She talked badly about them while they were right there waiting on pen for 10 minutes. Cussing in front of my kids. Then the cook was starting up too. Will never go back if that’s how you get treated.
Pretty good experience. Good people. Staff was short just like everyone else, but they were doing 4vrtying they could for everyone, and doing it pretty well. Place was very clean, taken care of, and well stocked.
It was during 3rd shift when I was here. The ladies that worked this shift were very courteous friendly and attentive. They wasted no time getting my order together. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! My order was special also, removing something from one dish, adding something to another, and I even requested specific cooking instructions. My order was made exactly they way I asked. Fast, friendly service, and a wonderful experience! Thank you.
