The food was great and Stephanie, our server, was friendly and helpful. One of our favorite stops in Florence.
Alisha Ray is one heck of a great server. I have followed her wherever her serving priorities go. She was my server when she worked at the Colonial Cottage and now at Smokey Bones. Her personality resonates and carries over to the customers she serves. She is polite, caring and genuinely loves her job. You couldn't ask for a better person than her to wait on you. Prices are comparable to other restaurants and the Nachos were to die for. She never batted an eye and was spot on for taking care of our needs. I believe she is one of "the best". Thanks so much for being our server. .
Scheduled a 90th birthday party at Smokey Bones with a group of 23. Service was excellent. Food ordered quickly and delivered to our tables promptly. Couldn't of asked for better service.
I do not recommend. The burger was not made fresh at all. Was very cold. The French fries were not fresh and were cold as well. Don’t waste your money, honestly.
We doordashed The Burger Experience and were excited to try something new. We were disappointed with cold food, the burgers were not made correctly either. Definitely disappointed with this one.
Love the ribs!! Had 1/3 rack cinnamon apples and House beans wife had 6 huge chicken tenders and onion rings.. quick service nice atmosphere.. will go again..
Daughter and son-in-law came to Smokey Bones to celebrate their 10 year anniversary. It ended up not being a good selection. Food was fair for the adults and incorrect for the kids. Not a happy family. They stopped at McDonalds on the way home.
traveling for business and found this place via Trip Advisor. Great tasting bbq and great price as well. They have a full bar and wines to choose from. I would highly recommend the brisket. Ribs were great as well.
