Wish I could give zero stars . They messed up my order. Lobby was closed so again went drive through and told them they messed up the order to get fixed. 2nd time also messed up my order. Again went through drive through and talk to them that they messed up the order. Manager lady was very rude and Yelling and shut the window on my face and didn’t fixed the order. Again open the window and kept yelling no one want to serve you and shut the window again. Taco Bell officials should do something about it. You can’t refuse to serve customer just because your employees make mistakes

Lobby closed before 8:00pm on a Friday night. Not really. The door was unlocked. I walked in, told the manager I needed a GrubHub order. He said it's being made now. Ok. I go use the bathroom and come back out and some young female employee yelled at me that the lobby is closed. I said it doesn't look closed. She says well it is. You'll have to go through the drive thru pick up the GH order. I said I'm not doing that. I'm not waiting through that long drive thru line when you could just hand it to me here when it's done. Seriously. We don't get paid to wait 15 to 20 minutes in line because your lobby is closed. We get paid to pickup and deliver. I'll reject every order from this location before I wait in that line. The manager was cool though. Handed me my order after the girl stormed to the back all huffy and puffy.

I LOVE TACO BELL. LIKE YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I LOVE TACO BELL. MY HUSBAND BRAD AND I GO THERE EVERY CHANCE WE GET. WE ARE SO HAPPY TO GO TO A FAST FOOD CHAIN THAT SERVES GOOD FOOD AND HIS LGBTQ FRIENDLY TO US.

Disappointed that my order got messed up. The lobby doors are locked at lunchtime, and despite the employees making eye contact with me nobody made an effort to come to the door. I had to sit through the drive through line again to get my order fixed.

Placed a large order, and the manager was clearly upset because it was too much work. Unbelievable! Unfriendly and incompetent.

Messed up half the order of a 48 dollar order forgot items in what was in the order and gave no straws no sauce no napkins slapped the stuff together like they tossed it on the whole bag was nasty with sauce everywhere tried to get a refund, no only credit and it’s not through corporate it’s through franchisee so couldn’t get a number for the boss talked rude when we asked for a refund and snide comments to co-workers when asked to make the food they didn’t make. Do not recommend 0 stars if I could

One of the counter staff was having a melt down because a register was frozen and had to wait for the manager to fix it. Total hussy fit. Two of us were almost done eating by the time the third person got their food. Their charge was wrong but it wasn't worth the fuss to fix it. Several tables were dirty.

Went threw the drive thru last night my 3 5 layers was pretty much just beans my 2 quesartios we're pretty much beans very little meat I get off work and I'm hungry I spend my hard earned money and can't even get decent good I called the store 3 times no answer in hopes they would make it right but nope

This place when I first moved to the area was good. But recently the quality of service and food is gone downhill also. The last items I ordered were missing ingredients and looked like it was put through a blender. It was very messy. Probably will not return which is a shame as it is the closest Taco Bell.
